我們入住了3晚共6間房(4月19,20,24日)，查銀行信用咭月結單時發現多收了1天房租(4月21日)，這天我們跟本不在拉薩？ 請嚴肅處理這不誠實或其他原因的行為，(如需要，我可提供月結單副本) 祈望得到你們的快速查實及回覆。

很棒。酒店非常漂亮，地理位置适中，工作人员态度友好。很好。

总体来说还是很不错的，优惠的价格，宽敞的房间，舒适的床垫。唯一不足的就是设备设施的维护不够。不过酒店的员工很热情，微笑很真诚。

定的三人间，但是卫生间的洗手池有一个堵了 ，在酒店大厅拍照时 把毛衣落在沙发上了 第二天退房后发现的 打电话给酒店 却得到没找到的回复 我相信住五星级的旅客 不会去拿别人拉下的毛衣 所以问题就只能考虑是酒店员工了。洗浴用品也不齐全 感觉档次很一般 早餐还要单独定不包含在住宿费当中 性价比很一般 提供的餐饮完全不是五星级的层次 哎不说了 总之不推荐这家酒店 虽然它的位置不错

别墅房对着庭院的落地玻璃门不能打开，相当于房间没有窗户。房间挺大，地暖效果很好，房间有加湿器。总体不错。

酒店硬件条件不错，所处位置也很好，在酒店大堂，坐在靠椅上可以看到远处的布达拉宫。前台服务很热情，办理入住的时候马上送上热茶，并献上哈达。但是到房间以后，发现书桌上有剪下来的一小堆指甲壳，准备用杯子喝水，发现水杯里面还有没洗净(或者根本没洗？）的咖啡，浴缸的搁衣板上面有明显的灰尘。给服务台打电话，让人来收拾指甲壳，半天没有人来。总之，这样的卫生与瑞吉的品牌严重不符，希望在做好硬件建设的同时，更加注重细节的品质

Hotel super propre et staff au top Soucis de Clim dans la chambre où il faisait bien trop froid (mais vraiment). L’équipe a fait son travail mais la solution a été de déconnecter la Clim. Une petite bouteille d’eau serait bienvenue dans la chambre. Du coup je mets 4 à la place de 5. Mai

The hotel is a bit dated but we enjoyed our stay there. Staff are very good and helpful We loved the location as its walking distnace to muslim quarter and johkan temple.

Beautiful hotel with very good breakfast and nice staff. The rooms are extremely comfortable and very nicely decorated.

The rooms are quite spacious, unlike the ones in NA or Europe. The staff were very attentive. We had a problem with our room upon checkin and luckily the front desk staff Anna was able to resolve it quickly and offered proper compensation which we really appreciate. One other thing I enjoyed was the breakfast. My favorites are the rice noodle soup, the yogurt and the egg tarts.

Room not ready till after 330 when finally got into the room it stunk of cigarettes. Had to go back to lobby to request room change . Which was granted without issue so good service . Hotel does not have a fitness center even though it said it does on the website . Not many staff speak English so it’s a good idea to have a translating app on your phone Very comfortable rooms . Palace view only really seen from 6th floor as trees have grown to high obscured view from 5th floor

We had a nice stay at the St Regis Lhasa resort. However, I was disappointed that the St. Regis, a 5 star hotel, did not have a gym, which is an amenity I would expect for a 5 star hotel. Also, the pool was closed during our stay. Please improve the wifi connectivity in the room because it was very slow. I appreciated the St. Regis accommodating a late check out request; the customer service of the staff was excellent.

Best hotel in Lhasa. Stayed there twice, once in the main building and once in one of the stand alone buildings. The room in the main building was in great condition and everything worked. The room in the stand-alone building required some renovating. Not bad per se, but given the 5-star status, I was expecting more consistent upkeep.

The hotel is a bit old, needs a complete renovation, the breakfast was disappointing,
