The air conditioning was not cooling the room well enough. And opening the window allowed some of the traffic noise inside.

The hotel was clean and tidy, The Moreover, the location is good, it is on top of MTR station,

It was pleasent.

This hotel is extremely comfortable with comprehensive buffet breakfast and perfectly located next to metro station and shopping centre

Hotel is conveniently located next to the Holiday Plaza and metro station. The room appears dated with wear and tear but overall the amenities are acceptable. We will definitely stay again

Wonderful experience there

I have for some years been coming to Westin Nanshan. I believe for over 500 nights. This time was not one to remember. Check in and out was terribly slow and they did not service me as an elite customer not were they able to find me a suitable room. They blocked my room key as I had two bookings and I did not get the welcome gift. Also the language skills at the reception had worsened. I am considering whether Westin is in the past for me only.

Directly connected to a mall with many food options. Hotel promptly changed a room for me when I told them about the smoke smell in my room. Not the newest hotel but great facilities and well maintained

Will stay here whenever I'm in Shenzhen.

The Location is Very good and stuff are helpful; the hotel itself is quite old and in mediocre conditions; some of the stuff are not attentive or reactive for service; the feeling is rather a business hotel that is just getting old and maintained at minimum; i would not be returning, nor recommending;

I will definitely come back to the Westin for another staycation. The pool is huge and beautiful, and it gets a great amount of afternoon sun. The location is great, too - I love that it’s connected to the Holiday Plaza mall. The staff were so friendly and they spoke English at the front desk and on the room service request line. Only positive feedback!

Good location. There are two buildings, and stayed in the older building. Showed some age, but otherwise was excellent. The breakfast staff had trouble understanding English, could be in the newer building that is not a problem. Very close to SeaWorld and many good restaurants.

Avoid executive room. No special service provided. Only difference is a large room, nothing more and nothing less
