The hardware of the hotel seems excellent. You can see the budget allocated to those facilities. But their team looks not well trained and lead the “software” of hotel didn’t catch up.

We stayed there for two nights and had terrible experience in the middle of the night. At around 1am, the ceiling lights were turned on by itself! We were terrified because the lights were right above your head and were extremely bright! We turned it off manually immediately, however it went back on within 5 minutes. And then we turned it off again, and it randomly turned on again! This kept going on and on for half an hour. We tried everything before calling the front desk for help, but unfortunately was told that there's nothing they could do. We paid for a five stars hotel but couldn't get a minimal sleep at night. The next day, nobody reached out, nobody came to fix the lights, it was like nothing happened. They eventually changed a room for us upon our strong request, but the overall experience was terrible. We definitely won't go back or recommend anyone to stay in this hotel in the future.

We were denied access to the lounge area! The toilet smelled of sewage.

Next to the best restaurant in Wuhan. Amazing facilities. Even walkable to the classics Wuhan Yangtze River bridge, what a fun and beautiful experience!

The staff are just doing their jobs and without enthusiasm. Breakfast was just ok and service was not up to five star level. Location is fine, I would say this is not up to Westin I stayed elsewhere but I would still recommend.

Overall excellent. Only one thing is that the elevators always has kitchen smell.

My family and I stayed at this hotel and we loved it. The rooms were very nice and well appointed. Service was proactive and great. My only complaint is that the room was too warm, and there was no way to reduce the heating because it was set centrally. It was way too hot to sleep with the blanket. Otherwise, the stay was great.

Very convenient and clean. Stuff is friendly.

Breakfast was poor. The staff in the executive lounge were rude. The executive lounge was open for only a few hours. The wine selection was also very poor. I will not stay here again.

Excellent view of Yangzi river. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

We like everything in this hotel except the tea price in the lounge, which we felt wasn’t really worth it.

The service was very average and staff had limited spoken English capability or understanding international hotel standard. When asked if what floor the executive lounge was on front desk staff did not know the word Executive .. communicated in Chinese most of the time. When visiting the pool was told that adidas sports shorts were unacceptable. Speedos okay. Breakfast was a fiasco with staff struggling to make coffee.

We stayed here for an overnight on our way back to Sydney after a Yangtze river cruise. We were upgraded to a room on level 22 with a river view with late checkout at 2.00pm. the hotel is right next to Yangtze river and the lights on both side of the river buildings are beautiful. The breakfast restaurant is on ground floor and the food is just average. We had dinner and lunch at the hotel Chinese restaurant were excellent. Restaurant serves great Cantonese dishes not just hot/spicy dishes and Buffet Dim Sim lunch on weekends. Staff is friendly and helpful. We would love to stay here again.

Really nice hotel, service is great. Very clean and food is nice. Location is great, has river view and 15mins taxi to city center.

The central air conditioning was too hot and unable to adjust, even after I set it to 13 degrees the room was constantly at a temperature of 26-27 degrees. The staffs help to opened the window in my room, however the poor air quality in Wuhan didn’t help at all.
