The reception and the room were in different buildings, and far apart, it was about 2 big blocks away. They were rooms in a big apartment buildings. The staff was nice and very helpful but he didn't know English. it's hard for travelers who don't know Chinese.
The room was just ok, not ideal though. The kitchen was not fully equipped for cooking, it had a nice view, good location, easy walk to shops and restaurants.

Staff were incredibly nice and welcoming and they were very efficient when processing check in, the room has an amazing view - however the hallways and common areas such as the lift are dirty and people are smoking everywhere.
Great price for the size of the room.
I will say they need to seriously deep clean the pipes in the bathrooms , I had a shower and then the entire room was enveloped in a disgusting pungent smell of rotting eggs.
Staff were super cool though
