服務優質貼心

令人驚艷的外觀與大廳裝潢。服務人員專業、和藹可親。房間寬敞明亮、裝潢前衛新潮，陽臺外景觀優美。門開後，窗簾自動拉開的設計令人難忘。床及枕頭太棒了，非常舒適。水量充足。早餐種類繁多、美味可口、尤其是西式麵包。

前枱員工非常有礼，並且提醒我房間沒有包含早餐，如果我們需要用早餐，可以一天前用(人民幣150/ 位)購買第二天早上的早餐，但是當天購買的話，需要支付人民幣250/位。早餐非常豐盛，多種多樣的選擇。入住時間西安天氣很熱，酒店提很多樽水，真的是很貼心。

It was a flawless experience spending my holidays in W Xian! I have stayed in W in many different cities and W Xian is probably the best. All the staff were extremely helpful and organised everything for me without being asked. Phoebe Gao, the loyalty coach, lavished me with constant surprises and made my anniversary an unforgettable one!

住的套房，房间内面积很大，经常迷路，哈哈。 总体入住感觉非常棒，窗外景色也很美 。

W比较适合喜欢fancy感觉的人，整个酒店进去就有一种进入“夜店”的感觉，很有设计感，当然音乐也像夜店。总的来说，房间大小，床品的舒适程度，服务及早餐的选择都令人满意，唯一不足的就是从酒店去市区那个堵！！！

香精味太濃 房間內還有甲荃味 早餐美味，选擇丰富 員工都很潮，親善有礼 床褥和pillows都很舒服 但但batheoom內的洗手盤去水過慢

酒店服務很好，裝修也很美，員工也十分有禮貌，會再次入住如果再到西安，唯一不足就是冷氣好像不夠，其他都是滿分的

Service was outstanding. Language was a small problem at check in. Room service was the best I have experienced. Loved W Xian, I will be back with my family.

Great service, super vibes!

The rooms smell of cigarette smoke, we asked for a move and the second room also had this smell, the carpet had not been cleaned in a long time and it made me think how long have the sofa cushions not been cleaned for. The service at reception is good, thereafter i dont think it upto W standard, they wont make any cocktails not on the cocktail list and the ones on the list arent nice.

Canadian Tourists Review : We had an amazing stay at the W in Xi’an. The staff was wonderful and spoke English very well as we needed help to navigate our adventures! The hotel is extremely stylish and the interior architecture is mind blowing! Could use a bit more lighting in the lobby at night, but radiates an amazing mood and atmosphere. The room was very clean, spacious and stylish with a very quiet air conditioning that allowed us to sleep soundly at night! It was also well equipped with Dyson and Magic Toilets! The dining options were great in and around the hotel depending on your taste and if not, you can walk to a very luxurious shopping / grocery mall not too far away! TIP - ROOM VIEW : Book the Park / Garden view as the City View is a wall of condo buildings! We would definitely come back without question and they definitely put the W franchise on our radar!

The hotel is very modern with an interesting design. Rooms are comfortable with an upscale design. Would definitely stay there again

A nice hotel located in a great area. Walkable distance to subway and close to lots of famous tourist places. Friendly people and great vibe.

The W Hotel was by far the best hotel we stayed at in Xi'an. The room was spacious with an amazing design and a large balcony offering fantastic views. Everything was automated and incredibly comfortable. The staff went above and beyond in every aspect of service, from arrival to departure. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of food options. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to enjoy all the facilities, but when the staff learned it was my birthday, they surprised me with a beautifully written card, fresh fruit, a delicious cake, and a thoughtful gift. I’ve never experienced such a personal touch at any other hotel!
