维福顿国际公寓 - 长帝店

設備齊全，可以煮飯洗衫，可惜窗外被一座樓擋了，看不到江景，交通還算方便，只是浴室去水慢，客服有待改善，整體滿意。

整體上都不錯，只是一開頭找住宿地方時比較難找

The location on the Expedia map is way off. The room is not describe as in Expedia. ( no washing machine , no microwave. It is about 8 minutes walk from the subway, it have few restaurant around the restaurant .

Nothing okay Other than the location and the reasonable price. Room is not describe as in Expedia , Also the location on the map that show in Expedia is totoally incorrect, way off. We had to tak taxi after we found out we went to the wrong place.

洗手間去水不好，

公寓位置近長堤珠江邊,入住大堂在6樓,房間干凈企理,但隔音較差,可以清楚聽見走廊說話聲音.

Normal budget apartment . Quite new . Near subway .

入住時間4月14至16日，房間沒有電話，沒有後備電筒。至4月15日凌晨12點15分，突然全座公寓停電，走廊，房間漆黑一片，立刻用電話的電筒照明，冇電梯冇職員，簡直叫天不應，直至二十分鐘後走廊恢復電力，有電梯，但房間也是冇電，謂有関上門等1 9，直至三點半聽到有人聲在門外，開門查看是職員，問他我們房間到現在還未有電，他說不知幾時才可修好，正確時間答我唔到，叫我關好門，開窗瞓，也沒法子，等到早上五點先有電，這是個旅行慘痛的經歷，公寓一聲歉意也沒說。

離地鐵走路約5分鐘~附近是南北貨市集與玩具城， 街道比較凌亂~ 飯店打掃乾淨、有簡易廚房、每天送兩瓶水、 櫃台服務OK，但附近生活機能普通。

這間酒店在HOTELS.COM的座標根本不對...英文地址是正確的，但根本用不著，ＧＯＯＧＬＥ不能用英文地址找出位置。 坐標標在公園前市政廳, 但實際上是在江邊, 最接受的地鐵站是一德路。直接誤導了我。我到達坐標地時找不到，再問警察。警察也不知道，最後致電酒店職員詢問，態度非常差劣，只顧著說正確地址是在那裡，並沒有教我們怎樣去。及後我在網上多番查明，再找到正確位置，再轉乘計程車前往酒店，已經浪費了３０—４５分鐘（找錯地方及等待的士時間）再加上額外的支出。 最後找到了酒店，以為可以放鬆下來，怎料服務人員竟說找到到我們的訂單，我隨即顯示出ＨＯＴＥＬＳ.COM的確認電郵，他竟說確認電郵中的酒店不是他們這裡。但電話卻是正確，竟叫我自行再查清楚及態度敷衍了事。我再三要求他查找，他只叫我等，前後又發了３０分鐘，最後他才找到我的姓名，。他的回覆是你們的酒店訂購網站很麻煩，時常是這樣出問題，而不是檢討自我，將責任全怪在網站上。　 我對今次入住非常不滿，雖則房間舒適。 前後總共浪費了我額外一個多小時及額外金錢和精力。如果我是約了重要事務處理，根本打亂了全部計劃。

This place is located on the river side. But the taxi drivers doesn’t know how to get here. The water runs very slow when you use it. There are not cook tools

Primero al llegar al hotel la entrada era por un costado muy escondido donde había solo un ascensor, al hacer el check in las personas del hotel no hablan inglés por lo que me costo mucho la comunicación, las habitaciones tenían olor a cigarrillo a pesar que pedí para NO fumadores, como fui en época de feria de Canton, se suponía que ellos nos daban el transporte ida y vuelta y resulta que habíamos 20 personas para un transporte para 10, por ende tuvimos muchas complicaciones por la mañana, segundo un día nos dejaron sin transporte de vuelta sin previo aviso, nos hicieron esperar mas de dos horas en un lugar donde era imposible tomar taxis. Además el hotel se encontraba en reparaciones por lo que todo el lugar estaba lleno de polvo y con mal olor. al realizar el pago de las habitaciones me cobrar un precio superior a la de la reserva y NO RESPETARON EL PRECIO que reservamos en la página, por lo cual tuve que poner un reclamo y aún espero la respuesta de la empresa hoteles.com quien NO se ha hecho cargo de este problema, nos tuvimos que cambiar de hotel a otra parte y el hotel fue sumamente despectivo con mi empresa y mis clientes. EXIJO QUE UN HOTEL COMO ESTE NO ESTE EN LA PLATAFORMA DE VENTAS!!

Desde el principio fue un problema encontrar el hotel, creo que deberían avisar que está un poco escondida la entrada, estaban arreglándolo y había mucho polvo y era difícil usar los elevadores, la limpieza de la habitación buena, no tienen servicios! Está bien ubicado pero en general no creo que haya sido la mejor elección.

The location was 3 miles away from where the map showed the property to be. The sub stop nearest is Vibe and it is not near Beijing Road pedestrian shopping street. I would not suggest any English speaking person to stay there as no one understands English. Finally met one person that had some understanding but was still difficult. Once we finally reached the property which we had to have a local that speaks English and offer to help us call the hotel to actually find where it was. The property could not find our reservation. The confirmation number did not work, my name did not work. Finally I had to produce my receipt showing I paid and they finally gave us a room.

洗濯機もあり、冷蔵庫も2ドア＋ＩＨヒーター付きなので家族滞在や長期滞在には向いています。 部屋の清潔感も広州では高いレベルですし、これからの暑い季節に自分で洗濯が出来ると言うのは有難いですね。 注文は乾燥機が欲しい。 湿度が高いので乾きません。

Quiet

Stayed there for 3 weeks. Good location handy to transport and close to Pearl River. Staff doesn't speak English and weren't helpful when we had issues with mosquitoes and Rats. Nothing in English in the room to tell us what's in the room. When asked if they can spray the room for mosquitoes was told to buy the spray from shop. Only until last night was told by another staff member when we saw a RAT that the air freshener looking thing is for mosquitoes. In regards to the rat they said it's gone yet they left a trap in the room and woke up to see a big one trapped. Luckily we were checking out that morning or definitely would have moved hotel. Requested taxi the day before and turned no one booked it so had to find taxi outside the hotel which is a struggle with drivers not speaking English.

Waifiden is a combination of a nice apartment hotel and a below average neighborhood. I liked the stay at the hotel, it's clean, rather new, you have a washing mashine, a cozy room, etc., on the negative side: window to a very dark, narrow backyard. The area between hotel and subway station (Yide Lu) is basically one big, bustling fish market. It smells accordingly. However, the river is close and nice for walks. On the hotels.com map the hotel is closer to the subway station Sun-Yatsen Memorial: This is a mistake! Plan accordingly.
