洒店到景區很方便.

環境舒適，鄰近星湖美景，附近美食很多，適合渡假旅遊放鬆一下。

房內外設施都很好，房間大，床舒適，泳池正。職員的服務都到位。 可能人客多，睡房的清潔不是做得很好。我相信可以再做好一點。 相對價格，自助早餐的食物有點普通和不太可口。

Got there around 12:30-12:45pm. They didn’t have the room available and asked to return back to 2pm. At 2pm, gave the keys but no room allocated. Multiple calls (staff hung up on an occasion), resulted in getting the room finally at 3:30-3:45pm…really bad management of rooms and if hadn’t called them multiple times, doubtful we would have had a room available till 5-6pm But the room was clean and comfortable. The water park within the hotel was fun activity for the kid to do. Indoor swimming pools as well as outdoor hot pools were great. Worthwhile going but not during the holiday rush since the staff can’t seem to have a handle on managing that crowd and provide rooms on time.

超棒的體驗, 有私人風呂, 房間大, 設備新, 前面便是七星岩景區, 周圍有食店, 去星湖廣場也很容易, 叫車方便快捷, 不貴也很安全!

愉快的住宿與餐飲經驗。尤其是溫泉池，擺在客房陽台上，同時也能顧及隱私，真是個值得稱讚的好主意。

整體很好，唯獨空調系統很差。

硬件不錯，但軟件有待改善。早上出房间在走廊接連遇到2-3 位服务员向我们行近，所有人都设没有對我们打招呼或微笑點頭。基本上是當顧客透明了，直行直过。早餐食物質素也是一般，没有所謂5 星级酒店的水準。住过一次相信不会再入住了。新區Sheraton 服务高了一個水平。還要便宜一点。

Good place to stay, best food in the hotel than outside, good customer service, best location.

Great location. Right next to the main attraction七星岩. The Chinese restaurant has excellent food with reasonable price. Room is big and has a spring water hottab. Great for couples.

The room smelled completely damp, hotel looks huge , rooms are quite big but bed are so small, don’t think that you can sleep two people on the bed when you see pictures on the websites, swimming pools are very nice, but I prefer not to stay there again

Good stay. Celebrated 20th anniversary. Hotel very nice and generous to provide nice swan towel deco on bed plus a tasty spongy cream strawberry cake. Enjoyed the nice lake view and comfy bed. Convenient to walk at green path along the star lake and take boat ride. Hot spring/heated pools just downstairs. Good restaurants in hotel.
