裝修太久，房間有味道，空調不冷，不過房間比較大

Very close to the fair , don’t trust the hotel free shuttle bus to the fair , they just drop you some place around the fair where is much more far then you walk to fair! Terrible! Too much small flyers ！

虹桥机场和虹桥高铁站比较方便，酒店有往返巴士，非常有利于旅客入住和赶飞机高铁旅行，尤其是在虹桥转机的，软件方面还有提高空间，物品需要更换新的，

出入不方便

整體感覺都還不錯，下次出差會再訂。

房间哼标准， 前台很好。 值得推荐。

房間寬敞, 整潔。有免費車去機場,方便。

非常失望！！！！！！！訂房組櫃台需要再教育，不讓客進房，已經付錢了還硬要收錢.......................................... ..............................

Although it is close to National Convention Center in Shanghai, there is few options of restaurants and shopping that is possible go wlaking.

Very noisy outside because of the traffic

Nothing arround Hotel. You probably need Alipay etc installed so you can have some hotel service like room service done.

Very nice mattress and bathroom was larger than my room back home. Buffet breakfast was great and even to go packing for later enjoying of buffet. Great persons everywhere in hotel. Nice all around.

Restaurants are very poor quality and slow service

空港への送迎付きとあったので、ここを選んだが、実際は、国内線ターミナルへの送迎のみで、国際線ターミナルへの送迎は無し。そういう具体的な案内が欲しかった。ここを選んだことを後悔。

Staff received us with friendly and warm welcome when we arrived at late night. Room was clean, with right temperature.

Stort fint hotell, tyvärr så röktes det här och var trots att hotellet skulle vara rökfritt. Men vi fick byta rum direkt när vi talade om att det luktade rök. Trevlig personal som gjorde det allra bästa för att hjälpa oss trots att en del inte pratade engelska. Vi kanske inte hade läst ordentligt men vi var inte medvetna om att depositionen skulle kosta då mycket. Överlag så rekommenderar jag hotellet 😊

The hotel is very nice, the rooms are big and breakfast is good. The service was a little bit slow but not out of the ordinary. One thing that was not so nice is that the hotel room although it was non-smoking smelled heavily like cigarettes. I am quite sensitive about that and this was not pleasant.

Great staff. Nice room with very soft, large towels. Van driver was so nice.
