西安机场空港大酒店

員工態度友善，環境寧靜，酒店距T3 離境大廳只有數分鐘路程

T3旁 極便 早歺也好 值推

跟機場直接連結，適合早班或晚班機不想舟車勞頓的人，前台服務不錯，還幫我們其中一間升級到套房，但一般房空間就很大

轉機為了住好的酒店，每次都盡可能選擇到西安轉機。

地點實在太方便了，沒一個機場比的上！

三樓前枱兩位妹妹好熱心，有求必應。 離機場T3國際出境好近，好方便

T3 離境大堂直達酒店入口，方便過境轉機。但 Expedia 網翻譯為"西安機場富豪酒店”，與內地用"空港大酒店”完全不同，基本上連機場詢問處職員亦無法確定所指是同一酒店，非常混亂。另外，浴室排水口設計有待改善，浴室水浸好嚇人。但就酒店而言，仍是好選擇。

以前都不知道機場附近還有這一間酒店，我常常在西安轉機，找不到好的旅館，所以在西安轉機是我的痛苦，現在知道有這一家酒店，非常開心，乾淨又舒適，還有好吃的早餐，又不用很早趕車去辦登機手續，真的太棒了。

空港直結で便利　ただ地下鉄からのアクセスがややわかりにくかった　朝食が早朝発の便には間に合わないので、もう少し早くしてもらいたい　フロントの対応や、部屋の清潔さは問題なしで快適であった

The door was locked when I arrived around midnight and there is no flat way for baggage, paid staff for handling baggage for me

空港直結で非常に便利。空港で食事もできる。

We booked this hotel so we could be close to the airport for an early flight the next day. Our receptionist knew some English which always helps. The lobby is quite grand and very nice. The room we had was quite large and very comfortable. The bed was great, no complaints about the pillows, and the shower was amazing! High ceilings and modern decor, we really enjoyed it here. We ordered room service and it came quickly. There was a little confusion when we were ordering but overall the food was decent. We did not get breakfast since it was quite costly. When you check out you walk for a few minutes and you are in the airport. It is very easy! The domestic terminal is a bit of a hike but its no big deal. The only annoying thing was that we paid a 500RMB deposit and they would not accept credit cards to paid for our room service. However, they reimbursed us the difference right away via WeChat.

Terrible service of the staff. No English communication skilled staff. Whatever you expect, you will see the worse.

The best thing is inside the T3 international terminal, the services are great. I have a 20 hours layover and I am happy to stay in this hotel.

本当に空港直結で、朝早い便にの人にはおすすめです！

空港への利便性や設備には何の不服もなかった。コストはやや気になるが、ホテルのグレードからすれば見合ったものだったのだろう。レセプションの女性が、パスポートをこちらに返し忘れたのはご愛嬌だったが。

We appreciate your kibdness to upgrade to a suite. A Suite was the best we have ever stayed together. Very spacious, with a great view of airport and 3 TV sets (bedroom, living room and bathroom).
