昆明鑫盛达宏晟国际酒店

Hotel is decent for its price, but the location is a bit too far from Kunming city centre

Over all, it's a very nice hotel with reasonable price. Friendly front desk and service people. Can't complain. We sure will come back again.

In general it is the acceptable hotel considering the price and service. The weakest part is its location. There are any stores, restaurants(except local one). It is like isolated island. Taxi driver doesn't want to go this hotel and charge more all the times. I stayed at this hotel for exhibition and it is difficult to find the taxi going there and never use the meter. Bellboy at the hotel seems to get kickback by calling the taxi as well. So always overcharged. Though it is not expensive, it gives bad impression on the hotel itself. There is only one staff who can speak English. There is subway station called Duonan station? and can be reached in 10 min walk. Problem is that the last train at Dongfeng station is at 10:23pm. Conclusively I don't recommend this hotel for attendence of exhibition at new convention center. Empark grand hotel is much better choice to new convention center with location and near-by facilities.
