酒店服务好，前台工作人员很热情，早餐很丰盛很有特色。

Very nice hotel in a reasonable price

small room, noisy at night and early morning. Not so good service.

這個旅程我為自己及朋友在兩晚訂了兩間不同房間, DAY１- 1 間是行政標準客房 (HK$669), 另一間是豪華標準客房 (HK$516), (相差HK$153)結果兩個房大小是一樣 (分別只是2 張單人床及1 張加大雙人床) DAT 2 - 1 間是豪華標準客房(HK$620), 另一間是豪華標準客房 (HK$549), (相差HK$71)結果兩個房大小是一樣(分別只是2 張單人床及1 張加大雙人床，仲有late check out, 不過都係一齊走, 無so) 對於用不同價錢但都住個房大小是一樣的問題，我覺得好搵笨，問過櫃台，不過又係答左等於無答，佢地話係網站資料，佢地都係照住做。　　 錢又過左數, 諗住可以住間大小小, 點知原來俾少d $ 都可以.. 請問以後訂酒店點先可以確定自己訂既真係大d? 另，酒店內沒有空調，開了冷氣機只有暖風。又問櫃台，佢話開窗，但酒店附近有工程，夜晚到１１點都仲開工，，結果開窗好嘈，關窗好熱。。。

这是一家非常好的酒店。印象深刻。

地点不错，但由于外面正在拆迁所以景观不太好。家具略显老旧，但床很舒服，设施齐全。服务很好，还有送到房间的银耳羹喝。负责免费打包服务的服务员很认真很专业，点赞。

我訂的是單人房..貴網站給的是最便宜的價格(與其它訂房中心比)...但也是我這備子住過最小的房間..比日本還小..他們說這是一般給導遊/司機的房間...雖然最便宜也是最小房...應該要提供房間/床.大小資料才對...有被貴網站騙的感覺

Hotel comodissimo, pulito alla perfezione e con personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Le decorazioni tipiche del Tibet hanno reso l’esperienza ancora più gradevole. Fantastica anche la possibilità di scegliere il proprio cuscino da un catalogo per assicurare il massimo comfort. Colazione abbondante di prodotti tipici, con una piccola scelta di prodotti occidentali, ma le delizie tibetane (anche dolci) sono eccellenti.

This hotel is very unique and hotel and room services are amazing. Definitely a must stay hotel. I will come back to stay here for the future visit.

I stayed here for a couple of nights. It has a great breakfast and lots of interesting stuff but it’s all chinese- not tibetan

駅から近いので快適です。 シャワールームと部屋は一体感があります。 扉を閉じておかないとにおいが少し気になります。 スタッフはとても親切です。

The check in was easy. The hotel has a lot going on but none of it is authentic Tibetan. Most staff is chinese, most stuff is not Tibetan artisan made it is factory Chinese made trying to look Tibetan. I would love to see this hotel being more authentic then it would be fabulous. As it is it is simply a nice hotel.

Grand hotel near to facilities! Clean and spacious room too.

A very good five star hotel that makes you feel at home and as if you were in Tibet. Slept very well and the staff is very attentive and makes sure your stay in comfortable. It's in a good location close to the center of the city and close enough to visit the sites by taxi or by subway. Lots of good food nearby also. We actually cancelled another hotel we were going to visit to stay in this one for another night.

Nice location about 5 minute walk from Subway. Always cabs available outside of hotel. Nice breakfast included with many western and Asian styled options. The BEST pillows I have ever slept on in my life. Perfectly fluffy and the softest cases. I slept so well in my room. Bathroom had nice amenities (body lotion, dental kit, shaving kit, etc.). Air conditioning didn't get as cold as I would have liked but other than that everything was great!

お値段も手ごろだし、清潔。朝食が大変おいしく、普段朝は食べない妻も大満足でしっかり食べていた。 当初、町の中心部から外れているなと感じたが、地下鉄駅にも近いし、タクシーも初乗り150円ほとで、市内を走り回っても400円ほどで、まったく足の便は問題とならなかった。 あえて記せば、日本語が通じないのは理解できるが、英語もなかなか通じず、タクシー配車は時間と行き先を漢字で紙に書かないと難しかった。　また、部屋の清掃係はまったく英語が通じず、足りないアメニティグッズを頼むのに苦労した。
