酒店位置很好，可以看到松林和大海。酒店的服务和设施也很到位，一次愉快的入住体验。

服務態度非常好

CP是我钟爱的酒店品牌，南山皇冠在展览中心隔壁，距离大海步行10分钟以内。游泳池很大，很舒服。服务卫生房间都很好。周边就餐的话不是太方便，都是小店。二楼的日本料理可能是个人承包了，和皇冠的Style背道而驰，东西贵、品质不好，他们可能喜欢接待官员和大的老板，对于散客，小商小贩的那种冷漠待客，令人大跌眼镜。让我想起来几年前去龙口时候住的南山月亮湾，虽然他们说是当地最高级的五星酒店，但是管理和待客就是有钱没见过世面的乡下人。不会再去了

设施一流，服务还不错。位置稍偏

设施方便还是很不错的，美中不足是未知稍偏，前往景点不太方便

房间干净舒适，感觉特好，眺望窗外，海景、景观尽收眼底。

虽然是国庆长假，酒店依然免费提供了小床。很满意。

总体不错，早餐好，近海滨浴场。就是位置有点偏。

因升級了房間所以非常舒適，只是浴室地面黏黏不太乾淨。

Their AC system is simply bad, after sending someone to clean the filter, which didn’t help, after an hour sweating in the room they have changed me to another room, then to another room… was a bit better, but Temp. Will not go down to 23 C. Besides, this is now an old ruined down place…

good location and comfortable room beautiful sea view out of window (so make sure you book a room with sea view)

Staff and service were great. Just not many dining options for after hours.

The room was clean and tidy, but the window glass was not clean

The hotel itself and staffs are great. The only thing was that I experienced smoking smell around the elevator area at 36 floor. My room was right next to the elevator and the moment I opened the door, the smell all came into my room. The staff had to open the window for me to get rid of the smell.

Hotel is situated in a relatively newly developed area, good neighborhood, with various eatery to choose from. However, hotel definitely requires major renovation in the guess room at least for the room we stayed, it has gorgeous sea view, but carpet is in pretty bad condition, restroom tile, especially near the tub has a major crack, exhausted fan didn't work at all. All staff members were friendly and courteous.

Generally good, the sea view is fantastic.
