公寓设备老旧，卫生间的窗帘白纱都成了黄灰色的，不推荐。

没太大特别的，地理位置还挺好的，离地铁站比较近

離地鐵站走路大約10分鐘，附近有很多商店，還蠻方便的。

以這個價格可以了！因為這次我是在附近出差工作！所以我覺得以酒店公寓來說的話，已經是很方便了！而且接待人員很親切又有耐心的回答問題！下回還會再選擇的！

Housekeeping and communication. We stayed there for two weeks no housekeeper and clean towels, Everything we had to go to their office to get it. Not very satisfied.

The property is not a hotel but an apartment that is listed on orbitz. We entered 4 guests when registering on orbitz but were told that there would be an extra fee once we arrived. They waved it if I promised to give a good rating, talk about duress. There was no one to check you in, we had to call the number on the site and had someone who spoke no English. Thank God we had a guide that was able to communicate. We stayed for a one night layover, and that was too much. The mattress was hard, the springs were broken and I saw several roaches. I’d pass and spend a few more dollars the next time and get a real hotel.

Uou misleading potential guests as to showing fake photos and information that not matching real condition of Appartment. Kitchen is fility dirthy without nessery equipment.., On your photos and information stated tha appartment has washing machine as well but nothing of that. Well done on secession misleading people.

Great location! Fantastic for long term stay. The building is older but otherwise the rooms are well maintained. They’ll only come and clean the room if you ask so that’s something to look out for. Overall a good experience.

I stayed here for some weeks while transitioning to a new job in Beijing. Overall very good value for money. The location is great for local shops and restaurants. And a Jenny Lou's (international supermarket) just next door (extremely convenient!); a Chinese medical massage place with visually impaired staff that is very reasonably priced (60 RMB/hour) close nearby. It is a bit difficult to find at first, but once found, worth it. Angela (who is in charge of checking in etc...) was very responsive over WeChat - any small problem (such as the microwave not working) was resolved very quickly. It is cleaned once a week. There is a mixture of long stay and visitors in the building.

These are service apartments that are cleaned weekly but you can request more service if needed. The units are hit or miss, the space is ok but sometimes the fixtures and room conditions can be run down. The location is pretty good, close to the subway and airport express train. Decent value, but there are also hotels nearby that offer better rooms.

Bed bugs. Got bitten badly. Dead mosquitoes on the wall. Floor dirty. Wall dirty. I don't even want to know who sat on those chairs. I won't use their appliances... honestly spend just a little bit more for a much better experience. I usually don't give negative reviews but this one takes the cake.

Very good location - close to Dongzhimen station and Airport Express train. 10 min walking distance. Reception could be hard to find. No english signs. The room was OK. Good size with kitchen and combined living/bedroom. Some renovation would be needed. Not cleaning every day. Staff very helpful, but dont expect good english. I had a very nice view from the 25th floor

Really good value for money self contained apartment room with modern interior and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Only minor wear noted in some of the paintwork on the walls and some of the bathroom fittings. Plus check in process wasn't clear but you basically have to go to room 207 and the lady there will take you to your apartment. She was very helpful throughout my stay and I would happily recommend this place :)

まず、受付のないホテルは初めてでした。　書かれていた携帯番号に電話すると中国での対応。　ホテルも大よその場所は分かっても、マンションのどこか目印しになるところでの待ち合わせで、部屋へ案内されます。　中国語が出来ないと宿泊場所へ行くのも難しいのでは？っと思いました。 部屋は、まぁまぁ綺麗にされていました。自炊なども可能で、立地条件は良いので、中国語が話せて、長期滞在、もう少し料金安ければ、過ごし易いホテルと思います。
