The rooms here are large and wonderful but the staff are what made my trip here so fantastic.

Exelente hotel/apartamento, desayuno con mucha variedad, hay lavandora y secadora en los cuartos. agua caliente, tv y siempre recojen los cuartos y los dejan impecables. muy buena experiencia.

Cassa Luxury Home Boutique Hotel is an absolute gem in Bogotá! Our room was large and beautifully designed, with a comfortable sitting area and a handy kitchenette. Breakfast was delicious every morning, with fresh flavors that set the tone for the day. The location is quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to the vibrant Zona Rosa. The staff were warm, accommodating, and genuinely friendly—making us feel right at home. Highly recommended for a perfect Bogotá stay!

Clean with great customer service! Outside neighborhood environment is safe and convenient.

We loved our stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was fantastic. The only recommendation we have is to increase the number of hooks and places to hang up towels and clothes. There should also be a towel bar on the outside of the shower door to have easy access to towel.

We really loved this studio – it had a great location right across from the park and a lovely boutique feel. The space felt thoughtfully designed and welcoming. We enjoyed using the gym and the rooftop area, and really liked the option to book time slots for private use – a great idea that made it feel more exclusive and relaxing. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety of choices and freshly made eggs each morning – definitely a highlight of our stay. There were a couple of issues, though. When we checked in, we found clothing left behind in the wardrobe and kitchen cupboard from a previous guest, which made us question how thorough the cleaning had been. Also, on a couple of occasions, after our room was serviced, we returned to find the balcony door or windows left open, which was a bit concerning from a security and comfort perspective. Despite these issues, we really enjoyed our stay and would return for the location, amenities, and overall vibe.

Very pleased with the hotel, nice decor, clean, staff were very attentive and awsome. We will definitely return to Cassa Luxury Homes.

Stayed on top floor for outdoor patio. However, this is also attached to the pool. Therefore anyone using the pool causes a complete lack of privacy. Also, those in pool too often are vety loud.

We had a nice stay. Our room was clean, the breakfast, and the staff was nice. I would stay there again without hesitation.
