O único ponto positivo desse hotel é a localização. Quarto pequeno, sem janela, chuveiro fraco e muito barulhento. Impossível dormir em paz. E o barulho é dentro do hotel mesmo, na recepção, que fica ao lado dos quartos. O café da manhã fica fora do hotel e só é possível escolher uma das opções apresentadas. Para usar a piscina, é preciso se deslocar para outro hotel, que fica em outro bairro, a uma distância de 20 minutos. Como o café da manhã só começa a partir das 8h e os passeios geralmente saem bem cedo, o hotel oferece um lanche frio para levar, que é basicamente um sanduíche horrível e um pequeno suco de laranja. Na mesma áera existem muitos outros hotéis bem melhores e com o mesmo preço. Fuja do Ethnic Thematic Hotel.

The hotel staff are friendly. The rooms are nice and clean. From the balcony, you have a nice view of the action on the street near the clock. The locked door and camera seem to be helpful. The police are usually always in the area as well. I had a great visit and will stay again.

Hotel is very clean, safe, and convenient to stores, dining, and nightlife.

There are rooms without windows and it feels cold like a prison cell.

Hotel de una sola vez pero no para volver definitivamente, las habitaciones son demasiado pequeñas, los baños diminutos, cortinas de los mismos con hongos, huéspedes de otras habitaciones ruidosos todo el tiempo y en las noches el ruido de la calle es terrible, mucha dificultad para poder descansar y dormir. Positivo el personal que es amable y atento tanto en recepción como la señora del aseo y el poder hacer uso del hotel en Bocagrande.

They are nice and location is great no problem first time I went there my room was very small I complain about it letting my room without no problem and they always smiling for the customer they are very nice it good place to stay clean and nice thanks I'm expecting to visit again at the same place

Hotel had an excellent breakfast at a sister restaurant a short walk away. Also provided pool and beach services at their sister hotel in Bocagrande.

Very small rooms and bathrooms. It is more like a cell than hotel room

Bathroom in a very small area. Sink faucet was loose so it was two hand operation. No hand soap was provided for the hand washing sink. Overall location was good, staff was courteous.

The hotel's location is perfect and central to restaurants, convenient stores, massage places, clothing stores, etc.
