Although the hotel is very nice, they do not maintain good cleanliness, nor do they take care of the guests who are already staying there.
The restaurant has very good service and good food, and it looks clean and pleasant.
They have security in the parking lot, and overall, the employees are kind.

Super friendly staff. Gym next door. Restaurant in the hotel (not expensive given the quality of the food and variety of the menu). Despite being right off a major street, the room was quiet. Very spacious and inviting. Will likely book again if visiting the area. Located across the street from a small business vendor mall.

“Premium suite” with windows to a dark interior place? Incredible and I was charged US$10 more than the advertised $118 (not including Colombian taxes (in total I was charged $128 for the room for a total of $154 including the 19% tax) What a rip off!

The hotel staff assigned me a room with an air-conditioner that was not operational and did nothing to accommodate me until midnight when they finally transfered me to a new room.
The staff lied to me on several occasions through out my stay. The toilet was dirty and had dry urine on the seat. The towels were old,worn and stained.
