The hotel is right where you want to be in the El Poblado neighborhood it’s with a few blocks of restaurants, bars, and clubs. The rooftop breakfast, bar, pool area is really nice and the views are spectacular. The staff is very friendly.
My room was nice, and a good value for the price.
I arrived before check in and sat on the rooftop and had a drink and the front desk stored my luggage. My flight was very late so I checked out and had them store my bag again while I went out to see the town. I returned and they scheduled a car to the airport for me.
Overall a very nice place to stay, especially if you want to be close to the bars and restaurants of Provenza and El Poblado.

Hotel is fine but absolutely not a $609 a night hotel. Valet demanded to be tipped (which I did but they shouldn’t ask for it ) had mosquitos that kept us up all night. Had 5 different holds worth about $800 on top of the regular $125 hold pool is great except at night the hired police kicked a guy out bc he was baling outside. Looked like a personal vendetta. As I said great hotel for 180-200 a night. But not a $600 a night hotel.
