excelente hotel, habitaciones comodas y limpias, staff excelente, y shuttle perfecto. el desayuno sin sabor, completo pero sin sabor, pueden mejorar muchisimo en esa area.

Very cleaning and convenient if you have a flight from the El dorado it’s the perfect place to stay.

Being a Hilton Diamond member is a liability in this property. I was treated worse for being felt i was an inconvenience. Would not recommend

I waited a long time to get pickup from the airport. After checking in, i was assigned a room just in front of the service elevator; so it is extremely noisy because all the room service personnel uses the door until 1 a.m and start again at 6 a.m I specifically requeste a quiet room when i made the reservation.

Great location and hotel. Appreciated shuttle.

This is the second time I have stayed here during my travels to Bogota. The staff is very friendly and many speak English which was also very helpful. The rooms are nice and clean. The bar and restaurant are excellent although small. The gym is likewise small but functional. The close proximity to the airport and 2 major malls is also a plus. And there is included shuttle service to and from the airport.

The hotel is beautiful and inviting, unfortunately I was extremely disappointed with the fact that the shuttle bus stops at arrivals not departures when everyone taking the shuttle from the hotel to the airport is leaving the city not arriving, this meant that my two children and I had to walk for a while pulling three 23Kg, luggage and carry-ons, even a lady with a young baby had to find her way with her husband to the second floor and walk some more to find their departure airline, this to me is completely unnecessary because if the shuttle goes up the bridge to the drop off area we can all be ;eft where we thought we would be left not so far away unnecessarily. This needs to change, this being said, the driver of the shuttle was extremely helpful, polite and kind.
