Decent basic/average hotel. Fairly quiet. Great location in the center of Santa Marta. Only a few steps away from Parque de Los Novios. Was able to get a late checkout easily with no issues, which was nice. I received a towel from the front desk twice and both times the towel was not clean.

Pros: Great location in the center. Decent sized room. Staff is nice. Great price for what it is. Cons: Bathroom shower door should be replaced (old, hard to move), only one hangar in the closet, can only buy drinks with cash and not card or contactless.

Quise quedarme una noche en este hotel porque está cerca del centro y estaba relativamente barato, terminé dejando la habitación una hora después principalmente porque al abrir el grifo de la ducha, agua salía llena de suciedad, inundó el suelo de la ducha con mugre. Ya habían otras cosas que no me gustaron como la inseguridad (la puerta tenía llave pero no tenia ningún seguro extra), falta de ventilación (nuestro cuarto solo tenía una mini ventana que miraba a un pasillo feo), falta de amenidades básicas (tuve que pedir toallas porque no estaban en el cuarto y no ofrecen toalla de manos ni alfombra de baño, también pedí jabón y shampoo y no ofrecían shampoo). En la misma calle hay un hotel boutique que solo es un poco más caro, me terminé quedando ahí y la estancia estuvo genial. El dinero de esta reservación lo perdí porque de parte del hotel la única solución que ofrecieron fue cambiarnos de habitación. No vale la pena quedarse aquí por ahorrar un poco, hay más opciones mucho mejores solo un poco más costosas en la misma zona.

Amazing staff. So helpful and left three items that were promptly stored at front desk. Could not ask for more!

When we arrived there was no Internet or cable, the bed was a plastic covered mattress and so we're the pillows, just not a nice sleep for us, the staff was very friendly

Hostel bem localizado, perto de tudo, o atendimento é muito bom, porém os quartos são bem pequenos, mal conservados, não há chuveiro e sim um cano com água gelada, à internet é precária e não tem frigobar.

Normalito, ni bien ni mal eso si, los trabajadores muy amables

Llegamos aqui con una oferta y calidad precio estuvo bien. Aconsejaría poner una alcachofa a la ducha ya que en alguna habitación cae un chorro La recepcionista es muy simpatica y atenta.

Para un viaje descomplicado está bien.

En general el hostal esta muy bien, muy buena ubicación, la cama cómoda, el baño amplio pero debe ser limpiado mucho mejor, pero por lo general estuvo bien.

Nice and friendly..l liked the Senorita..a nice person..very helpful and pleasant...There are resturantes close by..Here is what you pay for what you get..it suited me well..

Can't beat this place for the money. Bathroom wasn't very fancy and maybe not the cleanest (looking at least), but this was one of the least expensive places I found for a private room/bathroom and the location can't be beat. Def highly recommend for the $! Staff was super friendly and helpful when we needed anything. If you're not planning to stay in the room much, it's an awesome place and ac is great.

Yamile was an excellent hostess, she helped us and collaborated a lot with the directions, the only thing is that they should provide better towels and sheets, and include blankets for the elderly people. Very good location.

Room was nice enough for the price. Was clean. Good air con. Great area. Quiet as off the main plaza by a block.

A bit like a prison cell. Overpriced for what you get. No hot water to shower. Location was good though

Es un hotel que se encuentra muy cerca del centro, del malecón y de la plaza de los novios donde uno puede en la noche ir a caminar y beber algo ya que hay muchos lugares para pasar el tiempo
