Clean and good size room for excellent price. It was 1 block to beach and 15 minutes to Cartagena walled city. Staff was great and free breakfast was nicely served individually.

This has been a terrible choice of stay. We did not stay. They gave our room away! We booked it because of their hot tub in the room and they gave it away. Then they wanted us to stay in a lower rate room without the amenities or view we paid for without any compensation refund or anything! Terrible experience and terrible customer service. I do want to say this is why i book with Expedia, they made sure we got properly accommodated at a different location with what we were looking for.

I never got a room at CABRERO MAR!!! When I got there they said they have NO ROOMS!! I have demanded a discount! I was put up at AXIO hotel in the noisiest room on the busyest intersection in TOWN! Even they said AXIO was only $75 US dollars/night!!!

Una buena opción cerca del aeropuerto (en carro) y del centro (30 min a pie). El personal muy amable y el restaurante tiene un buen sazón (sabor).

Ok where do I start, no sure how this property got a high review but has to be the worst property I have ever stayed in. Was nosiy, next door neighbors kept banging at something at nights, property smells bad, not as pictured on the ad. Limited selection to menu, very difficult to communicate as the had no one on staff that speaks English. Aac barely worked, limited selection on TV and was not like I could switch to Netflix or YouTube as the TV was not smart. Internet-service was also vet sporty. I also needed to check out Ealy due to my wife giving birth and the refused to cancel my remaining reservations. Terrible day experience.

The staff were amazing. The places needs an update. Wha I didn’t like is that I had to kill two cockroaches in my room. And there was a bad smell in the bathroom shower. Beds were ok. A table in the room would have been nice to have a place to put my things down on.

The personnel was nice and helpful, the food was delicious and the rooms where somehow clean. They were able to change us to a new clean and bigger room.

Lo único bonito la vista de la habitación pero me tocó pagar un excedente por ella el cual nunca me Lo dijeron nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación porque el baño se taqueo baños viejos de cuando yo tenia 10 años, de verdad la ubicación del hotel es maravillosa su vista excelente pero las habitaciones demasiado estrechas y la mayoría sin remodelar calificación de este hotel de 1 a 10 por mi sería un 3 mucho que mejorar

Al llegar al hotel no me aceptaron la reserva aduciendo que no estaban en servicio. Que el hotel no estaba atendiendo al público Tuve que resolver pero esto me generó extracostos

Great place to stay. Friendly staff. Super close to the beach and the Cartagena sign. WiFi wasn’t working properly for me there at the time but I enjoyed my stay. Fresh good food available.

O Hotel é bom. Dá pra ir à pé até o centro, com segurança, inclusive à noite. O café da manhã, rozoável. Mas como estava em dieta, tinha fruta, café, e sempre faziam um omelete maravilhoso. A responsável pela cozinha da noite, a Milene, com um atendimento impecável, uma queridona. E o recepcionista da noite, um verdadeiro cavaleiro. O sentimento que tive, é de um carinho e cuidado especial com os hóspedes. Os quartos, a limpeza é impecável, mas falta espaço para pendurar toalhas, roupas. O bairro não é bom.

The only positive thing I can say about the hotel is that our night check in guy was nice and accommodating, although he wanted to charge us 8k per person for some unspecified fee that was not detailed on our reservation. We didn’t pay last night but ended up paying this morning just to get out of there. We were over it. Room? We paid for a King, got a Queen bed. Ants in the shower, grimy bedding, thin blankets. No soaps or literally anything extra in the bathroom. Water smelled like sulfur. Tv sort of worked. Loud noises in the street all night. Location is off the strip on a dirty, dusty side street. I’ve stayed in $10/night hostels that were nicer. Save yourself the headache and spring for the extra $30 to stay at an actual hotel. This place is disgusting.

QUE ME ESTAFARAN , me cobraron 276 000 pesos más, hice una reserva por US$ 53.00 y me cobraron US$ 75.00 Cuano reclamé el dueño del hotel " eso fuén lo que me djio" fue agresivo conmigo , casi me empuja, jamás resolvieron el reclamo la comida horrible .... solo les interesa el dinero, no dan información adecuada de los tours, pésimo servicio, no lo recomiendo
