酒店还不错，但是wifi不是很好，可能是距离路由器比较远，所以在屋里根本搜不到信号，其他都不错，早餐非常赞

The property and the rooms need some work. Missing door handles, curtains that were so old that they were very thin, bed mattress was so hard and pillows so thin. They charged my husband a US citizen and resident the 19% Vat because he has a Colombian passport but thats not the regulation they would harass him every day till he paid he was there 5 days.

The property needs some TLC. The rooms were run down and mattresses were so hard. Towels were so thin. Also, the property charged my husband 19% Vat even though he is a US Citizen and resident but has dual citizenship. He was not suppose to pay this and they would not hear reason.

The cleaning staff, the people at the dinning area were very good and pleasant. The outside pool area and dinning area were kept clean. However, the rooms needed some TLC, we stayed in two different rooms and both were the same. The beds were so hard I felt like I was sleeping on the floor, the sheets were so hard and not comfy at all. The beds were broken and mended together with wood pieces, the doors to the closet were filthy, missing the door knobs and so old. The curtains are so old that they are see through and the light that comes in at 5 am doesn't allow you to sleep past that time. My husband was there for a few nights before I arrived and he spilled something in the elevator and told them, days later the spill was still there. Also, very upset that although my husband has a Colombian passport and came into the country with that passport (required) he does not live in Colombia and was only staying a 8 days in the country. The hotel still charged him the IVA 19% for his stay for the 5 days he was there alone. They refused to listen and continued to ask him to pay everyday. He ended up paying the IVA . When we came back for additional 2 days they did not charge us because we gave them my US passport and his. However, the last day when he checked out on his own after I left and made sure everything was paid for they were charging him the IVA for the one day he was there alone. Unacceptable on the part of the hotel to charge foreigners this fee.

You get what you paid for. There is a lot of noise from the outside. The internet goes in and out. Very old hotel that’s why the price is good. Breakfast is good.

Carísimo para el servicio que presta, casi 230 dólares por 2 noches es mucho para el nivel del hotel… para ir una noche está bien, solo y si no te cobran a 400 mil la noche, pero en pareja o con familia no lo recomendó… necesita muchos updates

El servicio en el restaurante no era tan bueno. Muy demorada la atención de las órdenes.

Todo bien en general

Hotel viejo, no le sirve uno de los ascensores, en la habitación, los controles no funcionan(AA y TV), el agua d ela piscina terriblemente fría.

Tiene muy buena ubicación, el personal es sumamente amable, tiene un supermercado justo en frente y un magnífico lugar donde comer a tres pasos del hotel.

Had an unusual odor. The shower nearly flooded when I used it. The window wouldn’t close, and the general condition of the property was poor.

Muy buena experiencia, se destaca el servicio al cliente de todo el personal. Las instalaciones muy limpias. A recomendación personal algunos lugares requieren remodelación.
