This was our first time in Cartagena and glad we chose this hotel for our stay.

What a special hotel. Our loft room with balcony was comfortable and super-cute. The daily breakfast was great. The rooftop terrace, bar, and tiny pool was a great way to end the day. The staff helped us find a driver to take us on an excursion to Baru. All around A++.

O hotel é muito lindo e com uma vista maravilhosa no último pavimento (área da piscina). O quarto tem bastante espaço. Ambiente limpo e confortável. O Hotel está muito bem localizado, perto de tudo e com muitas opções restaurantes próximos. O café da manhã é muito bom, sem contar que toda a equipe do hotel é muito prestativa, educada e atenciosa. Minha esposa ganhou até um bolinho surpresa no dia do seu aniversário. Toda a equipe está de parabéns!

The hotel is beautifully restored to maintain the look of its original construction. The room we booked was a mix of modern and classic designed. The staff is amazing and helped us get to know the city with amazing service throughout our stay.

Beautiful little hotel great staff close to every thing

Muy bella habitación, hotel con estilo cartagenero, precioso. El desayuno variado y abundante. Todo el personal ha sido encantador.

Great location opposite a square. Don't worry about any potential noise as the windows are double glassed ( we stated in the front suites with balconies). Staff friendly. Bed comfy Great location. Good options at breakfast. Negatives were Limited hot water..had to keep tap running for many minutes sometimes to get hot water Internet wifi was patchy. Towels we left on the floor to be replaced were simply rehung and not swapped out

Very nice hotel!

The staff were wonderful, even booking dinner reservations for us. When I fell ill our maid brought me tea and checked on me. The breakfast was extensive and good. When we went on an early tour, they ensured we had a breakfast to take with us. The only thing that is a bit of a problem is the lack of elevator. It can be a long climb to the top floor.

I loved the hotel, perfect location in the city with great breakfast each morning. Staff were very helpful and pool is perfect for a quick dip.

We absolutely loved our stay here, the staff was extremely kind and Dennis at the front desk helped us so much with finding the right tours and tips on where to go. I wanted to surprise my wife with a bouquet of lilies and a bit of romance and they had the room set up with an absolutely gorgeous bouquet, champagne and fancy chocolates. I definitely recommend spending the little bit extra to get a room with a balcony, it truly completed our experience to perfection. After spending a day walking around or coming back from a tour it's the perfect way to end the night and watch as the city buzzes around you. Thank you for making this an unforgettable experience!

Great location. Property is a little worn down but clean, and customer service was very good

If you want to stay in the old town this location can’t be beat! The hotel is very cute - the front desk staff are very helpful, the rooms are small but cute and comfy, the rooftop is small but also nice (and we got great dinner recommendations from the bar tender!). The complimentary breakfast is delicious and seemed to really be an authentic local menu for the most part. The only thing we didn’t love was our room specifically only had a big window that looked out onto the hallway outside so we didn’t feel comfortable keeping our curtain open for natural light
