Beds are as hard as a rock. Front desk staff was serious and dry. Great service during breakfast. A/C controls are for decoration. You cannot adjust the temperature, only the fan speed.

This is a standard business hotel. Poor location and neighborhood, not close to restaurant, very little walkability. Good staff. The facilities are average. Lighting in rooms is poor. Lamp did not work. Internet difficult to access.

No se pudo usar la reserva por una incapacidad medica y no fue posible que entre hoteles .com y el hotel dieran una respuesta real, hoteles.com decían que no devolvían o abonaban a una reserva futura porque el hotel no autorizaba, el hotel autorizo me copia el email a mi y hoteles.com nunca dio respuesta, llevo años usando la plataforma , entiendo claramente las políticas d reserva pero hay momentos de temas médicos que impiden viajar y es cuando vale la pena evaluar esas solicitas, quede decepcionado de la respuesta y la dificultad d comunicarse con alguien por teléfono que permitiera explicar a hoteles.com la situación clínica de incapacidad
