Room is big and the rate is attractive. the breakfast is good. But the hotel is very old but it is refurbished and well. Facing the Plaza and nice viewing but noisy until mid-night。Located in the commercial centre and you can buy every things.

Todo es un hotel en pésimas condiciones, en los alrededores prostitutas, indigentes droga horrible no es un lugar para nadie deberían sacarlo de expedía. Nos quedamos una noche y alquilamos otro hotel. Y jamás preguntaron el motivo de irnos. Fatal

El personal muy amable, la habitacion buena aunque muy básica, el lavamanos tapado el drenaje, ll reporte y jamas lo arreglaron, las ventanas de doble vidrio se estan cayendo. Necesita una remodelacion urgente.
En cuanto a la ubicacion esta excelente, cerca de plaza botero, cajeros, mercados y restaurantes. Es una zona con demasiado ruido las 24 horas .

Staff was friendly and helpful. I eat the same breakfast for one week they need to change up the menu , but the breakfast was good. Place need to upgrade to more modern features. I know it a Spanish speaking country but at least have bilingual speaker to help with English travelers.

La habitación fue diferente a lo que publican ya que está muy descuidada y los colchones viejos. Un día nos quedamos sin agua caliente y otro día el agua salía café y me comentaron en recepción que era por las tuberías. la zona del hotel es muy peligrosa, hay muchos drogadictos y prostitución. Definitivamente jamás regresaría. El personal muy amable, es una lástima

El personal en general es muy amable y hacen su mejor esfuerzo para hacer sentir bien al cliente .
Es un hotel antiguo con muchos detalles para mejorar .
El fallo mayor lo tuvo expidia ya que compré un paquete con una habitación con aire acondicionado y ellos hicieron otra cosa y me pusieron en cuarto con detalles y con un abanico o ventilador.
Horrible y lo peor es que según ellos no podían hacer nada me ofrecieron un cupón de 70 dólares por los inconvenientes al solo de hoy no lo e visto.
