Habitaciones muy malas! Tuvimos varios cambios de habitación porque no había agua en el sanitario, el lavabo estaba despegado, la televisión no funcionaba, la secadora del cabello tampoco, no hay teléfono en la habitación, no hicieron limpieza en la habiataciobn, hay demasiado ruido de la calle. La ubicación no ayuda, es zona de tolerancia (vicios). Si es el centro pero es demasiado inseguro, no puedes salir a caminar, todo está abandonado; claro que esto no está en manos del hotel pero el servicio y calidad de las habitaciones si, muy mala experiencia

Great breakfast. Staff is very attentive and helpful

The area where the hotel is located was not safe to walk around at all. The windows are so thin that you can hear every little thing from the outside. 6am in the morning we heard guys fighting outside throwing bricks. The staff was very friendly but the hotel definitely needs a face-lift. The mattress was two twin put together so there was a dent in the middle. The complementary breakfast was good though. And the always have coffee available in the lobby.

Best location in the city

Staff was very friendly and nice. Property is in a terrible part of town though. No AC, no hair dryer, but one of the worst things was the extremely bad bed. They know about all the beds being that way for a long time but just don't replace them. Showers don't close all the way so they spray all over the floor.

Excelente hotel, lo recomiendo mucho y volvería con gusto. Sólo sugiero mejorar la cordialidad en recepción, ya que un saludo o una sonrisa hacen sentir más bienvenido al huésped y no ignorado... También sería ideal bajar un poco el volumen de las radios del personal de limpieza, pues a veces dificultan el descanso. Por lo demás, mi experiencia fue muy positiva.

Hotel okey. Area not great

A hospedagem fica em Santa Fé, então gerou um pouco de insegurança em ficar por lá. No entanto, é bem próximo da Candelaria e deu pra ir andando, quando ainda era dia. Creio que não é perigoso durante o dia. Apesar das áreas comuns parecerem bem novas e modernas, o mesmo não se pode dizer do quarto - apesar de ser bastante grande. Creio que é um bom lugar para ficar para aquele que está viajando a negócios.

Zonas inseguras

Los alrededores están terribles. Solo ocupamos la habitación para bañarnos e irnos al aeropuerto. Pero estaba un poco obscura la habitación.

Nice place to stay for quick vacation

The hotel is nice and clean, with comfy beds and bedroom. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was OK, despite not being very diverse. The real problem was the surrounding area: it is dirty and unsafe, not recommended to walk around. The best way to get around the city is by using Uber.
