Nice boutique hotel. Good location and neighborhood. All is very great here

O hotel é bem localizado no bairro Chapinero, perto de bares e vários comércios. O café da manhã é excelente. No entanto, o quarto é um pouco pequeno para dois, além disso tivemos um alagamento no quarto durante a nossa ultima noite.

Muy buen hotel a nivel calidad precio. El desayuno muy bueno. Lo único que no me gustó es que tengan cobertores extra en los días fríos como los que viví aquí. Gracias

Stayed here 6 years ago and enjoyed it. Now it’s more rundown. And the price is up. No coffee or tea in the rooms although I had a kitchen with coffee maker etc.. No free water. They charged me $27 for the water I used that was in the fridge. It was a minibar charge. Absolutely ridiculous as there was no indication of charge. The maid stocked the fridge. I was also very surprised that the front desk does not speak English.

Good services

The staff was very friendly especially Luis and John at the reception desk.

I stayed in one of the suites, and it was spacious and welcoming. The kitchen was stocked with cooking utensils, plates, bowls, and cups. The room maintenance was impeccable. Best of all, the room was quite affordable. I will definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Bogotá.

This was my fourth time staying at Hotel Vilar America. When I visit Bogotá, I always stay at this hotel. The location can't be beat. The staff are professional, friendly, and always there to help if you have any questions. The hotel offers a fantastic breakfast at a very good value (I strongly recommend the eggs). The rooms are spacious and the bed is comfortable. If it is your first time in Bogotá, I would recommend staying at Hotel Vilar America. You are just one block from la septima (7th avenue) and the neighborhood is safe and offers a lot to do in ways of bars, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. I plan to stay at Hotel Vilar America on my next trip to Colombia.

Clean room . Quite and safe. Food was delicious. Eduardo the bartender was great making those mojito for me and my wife great service .

Really nice friendly hotel with spacious rooms and in a nice part of Bogota 20 mins from the centre.

Uma ótima surpresa para o nosso primeiro dia em Bogotá! A região é muito conveniente, com tudo perto, acesso fácil e vida tanto de día quanto a noite. O quarto é amplo, a cama maravilhosa, o banheiro confortável e o café da manhã uma delicia. Melhor custo benefico de toda a viagem. Nos arrependemos de não ter ficado mais tempo.

Buen trato, personal bien calificado. Aunque el desayuno no está mal, los jugos son insípidos todos los días. Limpieza en habitaciones, excelente. Lo Recomiendo. Es mi tercera experiencia en el Hotel.

They have different lay-outs of their rooms categories. All rooms are good, but some are better than others. Very clean and service is great at this hotel. Been coming here for years.

I really like this hotel. I’ve been there three years in a row because the staff is always friendly and polite. They’re also bilingual which helps with the check-in process. I check in with the kitchen suites and I really enjoyed the amenities that they have available.

Bad wifi, no heating and cooling, and construction. Food was decent, staff was very nice and cordial, and the area is convenient. Sustainability is appreciated.
