O hotel está super bem localizado, em uma das melhores áreas da cidade.
A piscina é pequena porém atendente super bem. Camas boas e ar condicionado também.
É um hotel mediano e atende super bem para quem vai fazer passeios e passar o dia todo fora.
Um ponto super negativo é o café da manhã, poucas opções, baixa qualidade e demora na reposição.

This property was definitely in an accessible area to Cartagena's Walled City; however, I had numerous issues with my room. When I booked the property, I had requested for a "City view" option and I did not even get a window in my room. I raised these concerns to the hotel personnel and while they tried to change my room, they were keeping me in my original for the majority of my stay and then changing me on the last day. Also, the room had holes in the wall and it did not look appealing at all. The lamps were extremely dim. The bathroom was not clean at all and the shower's pressure was to say the least PAINFUL. From an outsider point of view this property looks appealing, but it is not how they present it.
