Excelente servicio y instalaciones

Muy mal hotel. El servicio, las instalaciones, la comida, todo mal. Las camas incómodas el aire mal y ruidoso.

Room in bad cleaning condition. Bad food and poor service.

El personal es súper amable, el desayuno muy rico y la ubicación es linda y muy tranquilo. No habían opciones para almuerzo o cena, ni bebidas.

Hotel pequeño, bonito, excelente atención, comida rica aunque debería tener mejor variedad. Su localización un poco apartada del centro, hace que se deba gastar $15.000 en taxi por trayecto, o usar el bus público.

La gente es muy amable, el sitio es muy bonito en general todo excelente

Clean. Communications in English is a difficulty. Poor message communications - did not answer a number of messages sent via Expedia. Helpful after I arrived.

Solo fuimos por unas horas buscando una opción no tan lejana del aeropuerto con lo cual no puedo hacer reseña de todos los servicios pero en líneas generales estuvo ok.

Quarto do hotel sujo, café da manhã péssimo, não possui aguá quente no chuveiro, internet só na recepção e bem ruím!!! Não voltaria me hospedar nesse hotel com certeza!!!!

It would not be enough words to say how dissapointed it was my experience. I arrived Saturday at 10.00pm, they gave me a room that was not ready to be used ( no hot water, Tv and refrigerator were not even installed, floor was dirty and toilet did not work properly. the room was full of construction debris as they were still working in the room. When we complained with the person in charge , it was a woman with a laptop sitting on a table with a plastic chair. That was “the reception” , she does not even bother to say sorry and she said they do not have manager available on the weekend . It was too bad that I decided to left next morning . They charge me 402,000 Colombian pesos, something around 150 US dollars for the worst room hotel I have experienced anywhere in the world . It was a shame and a completely waste of time. Do not go if you appreciate your valuable vacation time

The hotel is under renovation maybe that’s why I had a few issues. 1st I arrived at 12pm and got of the taxi open the gate walked up the stairs and not 1 sign that tell you where to go. Was there for about 10 min looking around m. The only thing there were rooms. I finally walked out back way inbyje back and that’s where the checking desk was. 2nd issue was checking in I was at 3 pm, I asked for early check in and I was told to give them 1 hour and they would have the room ready. I finally got keys to the room at 2:55 pm. They offer restaurant service but you have to order your luch the day b4 or you don’t get to eat. This hotel is across the st from the ocean but you can’t go in that part of the ocean cause there is no beach. Now for the ok is that they have a good working a/c unit in the room. The room is small but it did not bother me. Housekeeping did a good job making sure the room looked clean. The hotel is about 10 min by taxi to down town. The hotel also offers free shuttle but till surting hour. I would recommend this hotel to a friend but I would explain all the details about my experience. I guess you get what you pay for.
