Mala experiencia, cama dura, cocina sucia y mal olor en la habitacion por trapero mal seco.

The property itself is great. The problem is Expedia and the check in process. This is an apartment building, so the reception and security at the front could not do anything with my Expedia reservation info. They also only speak Spanish. I thankfully speak Spanish ok so I could communicate, but they kept saying I needed to be in direct contact with the host or owner prior so I knew what unit I was staying in. I almost could not check in, but the one worker thankfully kept trying to help me and somehow found my reservation when I gave her my phone number. I even got in touch with Expedia customer service and they said they called the hotel and the hotel was ready for me, but the people at the front desk I was dealing with did not get any call from Expedia. Expedia and the unit owners and the reception all need to sort this out more clearly for an easier check in process. Otherwise, the property is good!

No fue buena el costo muy alto y no hay un aire acondicionado como es posible que me Toque salir del cuarto para trabajar en centros comerciales por qué no me Aguanto el calor, la Verdad el costo beneficio no es equitativo en un hotel de una categoría 4 estrellas sale en el mismo costo y la comidas es muy superiores a la de este apto baño pequeño agua caliente porn30 segundos o muy caliente o muy fría sin aire acondicionado lo que más critico no cabía en el sanitario salí muy a disgusto no lo volvería a tomar

Se encuentra en una zona muy agradable, el apartamento está muy bien equipado sin embargo le falta mantenimiento en sus instalaciones y reforzar la limpieza de pisos, baños y camas

Avoid this place at all cost. The management is unreachable. I checked out 5 days earlier due to family emergency, the host agreed to refund the unused days if I contacted Travelocity about the change, which I did. After that it turned into a ghosting game by the host. Property manager never responded to multiple requests for refund. The too much rules and restrictions. They do not provide clean towels and the beds are really uncomfortable! Not worth your time and money!

Tiene un baño muy pequeño e incómodo. Se escucha la conversación de la portería. Tiene unos muebles encima y a los lados de la cama muy peligrosos y parece que estuviera en un ataúd

The second time around at this property was much better. The staff and service were friendly and accommodating. The room had a great view.

The property manager here is not very accommodating. The unit is not kept up to date. The chair was broken. The table was wobbly.

me fue muy mal ya que el logar no tiene el mismo nombre que anuncian ni la comodidad de las habitaciones tipo suit. al llegar dicen que no tienen convenio con la página de hoteles.com y vuelven a cobrar lo que ya pague en la reservación. Así que nadie fui engañada y pagando dos veces la reservación.
