This hotel is the closest you an be to being at home. The location is excellent and the entire staff is very friendly, the breakfast is fantastic, and room service was excellent. This is our second time staying there, will go back again!

The hotel is very well located and the rooms are spacious, although they could use some renovation. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were not great.
Check-in was handled by Gabriela, who tried her best, but the process was a bit confusing. She didn’t explain the included amenities (gym, sauna, jacuzzi), and there was an issue with our room assignment. However, we noticed this was largely due to frequent interruptions from other staff, which made it hard for her to focus. We recommend the hotel train staff to ensure personalized attention and avoid distractions during guest interactions.
On a positive note, Álvaro at breakfast was outstanding — incredibly kind, attentive, and made our mornings better. Also, Jhon at the night reception was always welcoming and helpful every time we returned late at night. Their service truly stood out and made a big difference in our stay.
