OZ Hotel Luxury

Great staff ever. From front to kitchen to housekeeping. Great location to food and beach. Fantastic experience due to its excellent staff and hospitality.

I got to the hotel and they moved me to a new hotel. Said it was a room upgrade but not a big fan of having to swap hotels with no prior notice. More importantly I don't have my room cleaned much cause I reuse my towels and am pretty eco friendly and clean already. So when I ask for my room clean when I leave and even tell them there is a tip on the bed for the cleaner I expect that my room is clean when I get back, which it was not. Once I got back and was irritated they were all hands on deck. Most likely just one person who nodded at me and either had no idea what I was saying (I don't speak Spanish well) or as soon as I left was like "yea, whatever dude". Either way between that and the room switch it went from 4 starts to 3.

La zona del hotel es muy fea, la habitación es muy chiquita y muy incómoda, el baño es incómodisimo, el desayuno y el Cafe terriblemente malos. María Alejandra la chica del turno de la mañana fue amable pero la chica del turno de la tarde grosera, poco apoyadora y cero empatica. No recomiendo este hotel para hospedarse.

Excelente servicio, personal muy amable y la habitación tiene buen aire acondicionado. Muy recomendado!

Room was not avaliable when I arrived and I was redirected to a older OZ hotel and Room was small and toilet was not flushing properly also there wasn't any counter space or drawers to place clothes

Everything was amazing. The service was great and everyone was very helpful. The only negative part is the long time at check in. However, they give you a drink while you wait.

The staff went above and beyond for the service. The room was very spacious ,extra clean and the bed was super comfy! We were upgraded for free upon arrival, given welcome cocktails and given a voucher for a free meal to be used at any point in our stay. The breakfast was included and we have no negative comments about it everything was very good and fresh. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend! The location is also ideal to be able to go to all the touristy things.

I didn't receive any of the V.i.p. offers

The staff was very attentive. The room was clean. The breakfast was delicious.

Didn't like that their was employee that spoke english.
