房间很大，早餐丰富，下次还会选择这家酒店。

Barceló provided excellent service and the staff were very nice. I would stay there again.

This property was great. Very quiet and I loved the red snapper at the bar and grill.

El personal y el lugar excelentes

Pick up service at the airport, to the hotel, needs to be more flexible! My flight arrive on time and their pick as per their new hours I would have had to wait for 2 hours before they would show up. Had to take a taxi to the hotel and pay for it. Also their service from the hotel to the airport was changed and had to get up an hour earlier to be able to use their service. According to them the "new administration changed the service hours".

Our stay was great! The staff were always very friendly and helpful. The VIP lounge is a must! Always had light snacks, drinks and dinner. The pool was amazing! Very clean and always had towels available. The only thing I didn’t enjoy too much was the staff at the pool bar, they were very dry, the girl who took my payment wasn’t friendly at all and looked like she didn’t want to be there, the experience would have been a lot better if they had friendly staff, due to her cold shoulder I didn’t even want to order another one. Overall my stay was really great and I would definitely bring friends and family along.

Es un hotel muy bonito, con muchas amenidades, el personal es muy amable y la comida está deliciosa.

Es el hotel para quedarte en San José y estar tranquilo

Solo teníamos reserva para una noche. No nos dieron la clave del wifi y cms la pedimos en el restaurante que estaba al lado de la piscina la mesera que nos estaba atendiendo nos indicó que se supone nos la dieran en la entrada pero que llamaría a recepción para que nos ayudaran. Estuvimos allí aproximadamente 40 minutos y según ella nunca le contestaron en recepción. Tuvimos que pagar al momento porque de recepción no habían entrado los datos de la tarjeta.Estábamos en el 6to piso por ser Premium. En el salón donde teníamos “picadera” y bebidas había que esperar para ser atendido ya que el personal no se encuentra todo el tiempo allí. Creó que para haber estado “pal” de horas no fue como creímos fuera a ser pero las facilidades estaban limpias. En el restaurante Rancho Grill ni en el salón premium tienen cerveza 0, deberían para la persona que no toma alcohol

Hotel de los años 80… demasiado viejo en todos los sentidos, el desayuno horroroso… Le falta mantenimiento y más bien una remodelación completa.

Amazing and accommodating will definitely stay again when I return to this amazing and beautiful country.

Hotel is old and obsolete. Rooms need renovation in every way. I wont come back to this property and i would not recommend to anyone

Personal muy amable. El hotel clásico y lindo, bien cuidado. El buffet variado, rico. El restaurante japonés muy bueno. La alberca poco concurrida y muy linda. Disfrutamos mucho
