Have nothing bad to say. We have travelled a lot and this was one of the cleanest hotels by far. The pool was nice and it was plenty of seating, but there was some kind of cabanas under construction which would be a great addition. Restaurant was a bit too pricy for very western like food options so we walked over to a local restaurant. Great experience overall!

I have only good things to say about this hotel. When we first arrived to the airport we saw the shuttle immediately and got to the hotel. We arrived to the hotel at 11:30 and asked if they were able to keep our suitcases until check-in and they informed us they had a room available for check in right away even if it was 2.5 hours early!! After a long day of travelling this was very highly appreciated. The rooms were so comfortable and were very clean. Lots of plugs to charge phones/laptops. The pool was beautiful and the workers kept maintaining the cleanliness of it throughout the day. We ate dinner at the hotel however no vegan options on the menu but you can ask to modify things. The waiter was really kind and patient and double checked with the kitchen staff for the ingredients. I ended up getting the pasta from the kids menu and asked to have it without butter and without Parmesan and for the cheddar fries without the cheddar 😂. There are a few restaurants walking distance from there with slightly more vegan options but they close earlier. The breakfast was filled with many things such as eggs, rice and beans, yogurt, pastries, toasts, fruit, waffles, pancake, cake, oats, granola, cereal, juices and coffee (again, not many vegan options but if you stay there more than one night you can let them know and they will work with you). I was only there for one night so I ate the fruits, granola and oats.
