The staff is friendly and welcoming. The rooms are large, bright, and clean. Lots of great seating areas within the hotel and gardens. Security is excellent. Very walkable neighborhood with lots of dining options. Been here before and will return again!

24 Hour front desk with helpful and accommodating staff. They have a lovely breakfast available with coffee and juice. I have food allergies and they very kindly made my breakfast GF. There was more hot water available in the evening for showers than in the morning.

The hotel is in a safe neighborhood and walking distance in to city center (and the attractions).
The breakfast was good and cooked to order with good choice.
The room we had was next to the main entrance and beside the reception. You could hear everyone coming and going, everyone talking at the reception (including the receptionist on her phone at midnight).
The room was on the small size, and in need of updating.

Ci hanno rubato gli auricolari dimenticati al checkout.
Abbiamo mandato la sera stessa un messaggio chiedendo se fossero stati trovati ma non ci hanno mai risposto.
Solo dopo la recensione lasciata per l'altra stanza una settimana dopo ci hanno comunicato che erano stati trovati, tornati alla struttura non c'erano e abbiamo aspettato mezz'ora che tornasse uno del personale che se li era portati a casa!!
State attenti agli oggetti di valore! Evitate questa struttura se volete stare sereni per le vostre cose.

Una delle due stanze aveva un forte odore che ha dato fastidio durante la notte, era veramente piccola per due persone, non c'era praticamente spazio per muoversi.
Abbiamo dimenticato degli auricolari durante il checkout, abbiamo mandato un messaggio per sapere se fossero stati trovati, ma non ci hanno mai risposto. Colazione scarna.

Honestly you get what you pay for. Its a good place to stay if you want to be near the airport but don't want to pay a lot of money in a hotel for a night, but the staff does not talk to each other i checked in with a gentleman in the afternoon (which took forvever because he said he had errands to run) confirmed my car service for the airport and in the morning a new gentleman was at the desk and when i tried to confirm my car he had no idea what i was talking about.

El hotel ofrece estacionamiento, tiene solo espacio para 3 coches y los extra se estacionan bloqueando la salida de los demás, por lo que tienes que despertar para mover tu unidad cada que quieran salir.
En el baño de mi habitación había una cucaracha y la limpieza del lugar no fue la mejor.
Definitivamente la zona es buena, pero precio calidad, no lo recomiendo. Tienen que invertir para que sea un lugar digno.

Hot water! The shower could use a new shower head though. It's located in a quiet neighborhood but 15 minutes walk to the National Museum. Great cluster of restaurants in a five minute walk inJardin de Lolita. Nice vintage hotel. Great, quiet sitting area.
