VERY Clean and helpful, I arrived an hour before check-in and was able to get my room right away. City Mall, Wal-Mart, and restaurants are within walking distance.

El hotel está en un lugar conveniente para viajeros que vuelan muy tarde o muy temprano. Es económico y se siente seguro. Sin embargo encontramos una gran cantidad de moscos dentro del cuarto, lo que nos dificultó dormir.

I did not stay. I was unable to arrange transport from airport even after calling, I took a taxi. I refused to stay because it is located in an unsavory area, looked like a regular house with fences--looked dangerous. Unable to contact Hotels.com for help; unable to cancel. Had taxi take me to a safe hotel where I felt safe.

Buena ubicación, en el cuarto no hay nada, únicamente la cama, no hay donde poner nada, ni colgadores de ropa, ni una mesa, una silla, una mesa de noche no hay nada, nada….. lo debes de poner todo en el suelo o sobre la cama.

Bare bones, but the room was clean and the bed comfortable. There was bottled water in the room and a hot shower (which in Costa Rica is not always a given). I was pleased, too, that they did come pick me up at the airport even though my plane arrived after stated shuttle hours.

Quiet for the area. Took me few turn to find the place but we enjoyed the quietness. Close to the airport. A luggage table would be a nice addition.

The proximity to the airport, the price, the airport shuttle service is what brought me in to put my money down. This place is very clean very quiet and I would stay here again. The next time I come through.

Great people

The room was clean and quiet sufficient for our short stay. There is a fair amount of traffic noise, which was workable. The main problem was the pair of barking dogs also staying in the building. They barked loudly every 30-60 minutes all night long. It was not a restful night of sleep for us and would likely deter us from returning.

Nice place in a not great neighborhood, but close to airport

Room with no window about the size of a king size bed. Hard to find no signage. With help of neighbours were able to find address but it took a while to get host to respond, ended up we were standing out front still unsure of location. Found out we were given wrong room, as another guest was also confused .

Not responsive host - sent several messages including through hotels.com. One link in confirmation message pointed out the wrong location. Fee transfer in confirmation message but I still had to pay 10 USD for the very short ride to the airport.

El baño huele mal, pero de ahi en mas todo excelente

Meget lille værelse, så ret dyrt for hvad det er. Det var meget varmt. Der var 2 fans, men den ene duede ikke rigtig så kun 1 ud af 4 senge kunne få ventilation. De havde givet os den forkerte kode til døren, så vi kunne ikke komme ind. Heldigvis havde vi netværk og kunne kontakte dem på whatsapp. Det værste var dog lufthavnstransporten. Den kom 15 minutter for sent, kørte virkelig råddent og da vi ankom til lufthavnen sagde han at vi skulle skynde os at tage vores bagage ud nu, fordi der var politi? Rimelig skummel type.

Tenía un olor raro pero era como viniendo del desagüe, pero en general todo muy bien y buena atención, también me fue fácil de encontrar con Google maps

A convenient smaller property located 5 mins from sjo Airport. Modern and clean rooms, but no a/c. Nice backyard to sit in with cooler air than room. Needs better signage or directions for uber/taxi.

To add to my previous review, the Dad took me to the airport at 5:45am! He is the sweetest man!

I had a great stay at Nina's place. It was close to the airport so it worked out perfect.

The room was nice and very practical for our needs. The property was difficult to find even with GPS.
