La atención muy ineficiente llegamos al hotel,nos dijeron que no había disponibilidad de habitaciones tuvimos que esperar un montón para que nos brindaran una habitación que no era súper pequeña y incómoda . La de recepción no nos supo dar una razón no podíamos cancelar la reservación esto fue terrible muy mala experiencia.

I didn’t get the queen bed room I reserved, instead they gave me a double bed room, when I asked they said they didn’t have it and asked if I wanted a junior suite that was more expensive. They never apologized or offered another room similar to what I had reserved. We were very disappointed but had to take it. The hotel has one restaurant, the breakfast was Ok. Food is very expensive

Hotel war gut für unsere letzten zwei Nächte in Costa Rica. Restaurant ist nicht so der Hit, viele Sachen hatten sie nicht und war auch alles bisschen schwerfällig. Essen war aber gut.

Friendly staff but hotel outdated and windows noisey. Small room and no refrigerator in room.

Excelente ubicación, habitaciones limpias y cómodas. Alimentación a buen precio y en buenas porciones y con muy buen sabor. La atención es muy buena.

Receptionist forgot to give us our VIP benefit until requested

Stayed first and last night in Costa Rica. Easy to get to with lots of dining choices within walking distance.

The hotel was very quiet and clean and the staff was courteous and helpful. We had a great dinner at the restaurant and the breakfast was convenient and very good. Our room was very comfortable with a great shower. We very much enjoyed our stay.

We stayed one night on our way to a beach resort and had wonderful service, especially from the young man at the front desk. He went way above and beyond to help us with a transportation issue and found a solution after making phone calls, etc. The room was very comfortable (although not fancy) and clean and the food was excellent in the restaurant.

Staff were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The rooms were really nice and we enjoyed our stay.

Tal vez la variedad de alimentos en el desayuno pudiera ser mayor.

El hotel está bien, sin mucho más. Las camas son cómodas, las almohadas algo altas para mi gusto. El baño bastante pequeño. Algo elevado el precio en comparación con otros hoteles de categoría similar o superior. Desayuno corto en opciones pero correcto.

Um hotel bem simples mas bem localizado. Não dispõe de frigobar e o banheiro não tem armários. No nosso check in nosso quarto não estava com a cortina do banheiro pronta.

The staff were nice and helpful. We experienced a minor issue with the toilet but was fixed the same day. Good location next to restaurants and museums. Would recommend!
