Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob wir das richtige Zimmer bekommen haben. Es war ein Kellerzimmer mit Terrasse, Blick auf eine Wand und eine Pflanze. Der Arbeitsbereich mit Arbeitsgeräten direkt neben uns. Die anderen Zimmer waren bedeutend besser. Schade!!! Der Blick vom Pool sehr schön, leider immer voller Blätter und Zoeten, gibt wohl keinen Service. Frühstück war minimalistisch, aber frisch. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich, nicht alle hilfsbereit.

We had a fab stay here! Arranged them to pick us up at the airport which was seamless.
We arrived at the hotel quite late, around 23:30 and they were still welcoming and even upgraded our room.
The pool area is lovely, just limited sun loungers. Breakfast was also great with something for everyone!

Aunque solo me quedé una noche disfruté mucho de la atención que le brindan a sus huéspedes. Atentos a detalles. Yo tuve una situación de que sin querer se me quedó un objeto de valor y estando en el aeropuerto para irme me percaté. Me puse en contacto con ellos y coordinamos un uber para que me llevara mis pertenencias y el encargado de recepción estuvo en todo momento en comunicación conmigo. 20/10! Excelente servicio !!!
