i loved the opportunity to stay in this beautiful townhouse and be so close to all the restaurants and inside the city wall, easy to coordinate arrival and departure, we knew in advance that we would need to carry our luggage over cobblestone streets and up/down stairs so something to keep in mind.

Very spartan furnishing. Limited towels. No kitchen towels or paper towels. No bar soap.only shower gel and shampoo. Will not go back. Stairs to second floor not safe for kids or seniors.

I’m unsure as to how this garnered such great reviews. This was a two star experience at best. Historic building but the maintenance is poor and the decor very poor. Drain was plugged and cheap plastic and dated accessories. EXTREMELY loud. Very expensive. The location was great but you have to lug suitcases a long walk from the suite and there are many stairs.

Great location and very nice apartment. The people above us were super noisy and beside us as well . Did not get decent sleep because of this . Sounded like elephants walking above until early morning

Awesome location. Near all attractions.. lots of dinning options. Good equipped kitchen. Easy communication with the host. Woukd stay there again

The condo was clean and well situated right next to the main street in the old town of Dubrovnik. It is also easily reachable, once one arrives to the site (a big plus). Spacious for a family (of three at least) with two bathrooms. We were very satisfied!

L'appartement est très bien situé, à proximité immédiate du centre de la vieille ville de Dubrovnik. Beaucoup de marches pour y accéder, même depuis Buza Gate, donc il ne faut pas avoir de grosses valises ! L'appartement est très sombre, assez bruyant mais sûrement moins que d'autres rues de Dubrovnik, la ville étant globalement très bruyante. Il n'y a pas de restaurant ni de bar à proximité immédiate, du coup c'est plus calme (mais beaucoup de restaurants à moins de 3 minutes à pied).

We had a great stay at Apt Potkova. Only concerns were stairs to second level not to easy for older people. A lot of noise from people above us. But great area for old Town Dubrovnik.

The property is definitely a gem in the heart of the Old Town. It had everything we needed for our stay.

We loved the convenience of staying in Old Town. It was a vibrant area with lots of energy but would generally quiet down by 10 or 11 pm. Some nights there was noise overhead that made it difficult to get to sleep, but nothing that a pair of ear plugs couldn’t solve. The only other issue we came across was both showers seemed to have some drainage issues. Overall, it was a great place to lay our heads down at the end of the day or take a break from the heat. The a/c was a godsend as it was 30 degrees when we were there.

Great apartment in close proximity to everything in old town. Just the right amount of space for a family of 4. Host was punctual and helpful.

Stay was amazing

I traveled to Dubrovnik with my 2 kids and husband. The location was perfect. We walked to the beach, to coffee every morning and gelato almost every night. The room was comfortable for a family of four. Jelena, our host, was so helpful with transportation, tour recommendations, and was readily avaliable for all our questions. She went above and beyond in making our family trip one of the most memorable. We loved the Potkova Apartment. GRACIAS JELENA!!

This place is within the wall. Everything is accessible to walk. Jelena is great, she gives as good information. Place is clean. My family had a great time.

This was a great place. The owner communicated often and even offered to send her driver to get us (it was 40e, slightly more expensive than an Uber would have been, but the driver showed up in the airport and wrote “happy birthday [my friend’s name]” when I asked.) When he brought us to the parking lot of Old Town, there was another guide to take us straight to the apartment door. I HIGHLY recommend staying in Old Town if you come to Dubrovnik. (You’ll save on Uber rides.) Just a few notes about the location: - stairs stairs stairs - you’ll have to climb a lot, (not just to get to this apt, but everywhere in Old Town), so keep that in mind when you’re packing. Because these are Air B&Bs, there’s not really anyone to help with bags, etc. - The stairs are also pretty steep, so it’s not the best for small kids, nor anybody with mobility issues. - The bathrooms are a little tight (this wasn’t an issue for us, but again, if someone has mobility issues, or are a person of size, that might be something to consider.)
