Spacious apartment with a lovely courtyard that was great to have access to. The place felt very safe, and the host was gracious and welcoming. Having laundry in the unit was super convenient and much appreciated. Overall, a comfortable stay.

The service we experienced truly exceeded all our expectations! Nestled in a fantastic location by the waterfront, we were treated to breathtaking views from our balcony. It was an unforgettable stay!

The property is well-located, with an easy bus ride to the Old Town, and numerous restaurants are within walking distance. The host was great and knowledgeable and because it was very hot the week we were there, they provided replacement towels every day. Bed was huge and the flat was perfect for our needs. The property is set in "rustic gardens" and that adds to the charm of the place. Very enjoyable weeks break.

This was an excellent choice for our stay in Dubrovnik. Room was just as was described, bus stop to old town was in a very short distance, beach and supermarket were close. But the best thing was the owner! His kindness and helpfulness were just amazing! We got sandwiches and drinks when we arrived late, he drove us to the old town once, gave lots of good tips and brought us a huge watermelon sliced. An excellent stay!

Fantastic appartment and location. The garden is like entering a paradise. The hosts are very friendly and the service they offered were absolutely fantastic. Cleaning were suberb. Highly recommended. 8 minutes walk to the beach.

The host was a charming gentleman who greeted me with a cool drink after a hot walk. The room was comfortable and the air con effective. A small kitchen area allowed me to make drinks/snacks. There's a lovely garden area to sit in. My friend was paying $70 more a night to stay in a local hotel and his experience was far worse. If you want to explore Dubrovnik you should stay here.

Mirko and his wife were truly amazing. I felt at home. They made us breakfast and were extremely knowledgeable about croatia and dubrovnik. The room and house were clean and perfect. Whatever we needed they provided. The location is perfect and is a 7-10 minute drive to the old town, there’s a bus nearby as well. The town is amazing and is full of live music and amazing restaurants. Theres beaches about a 7-10 minute walk. If you want to have an amazing time and feel at home, stay here! The hardest part was truly leaving the hosts. We will be back!

Quiet area within walking/bus distance from Dubrovnik old town. Had parking on site. Close to the beach for nightly swims.

L’appartement est très sympa, très grand, bien situé, bien equipé, mais ce qui fait vraiment la différence, c’est le propriétaire : vraiment cool, détendu, accueillant et toujours prêt à aider. On sent qu’il aime ce qu’il fait, et ça crée une ambiance conviviale et chaleureuse.

The owners are very responsive to any of your questions. They are able to get you a transport to the airport if you'd like. They were very friendly. This is a quiet location with about a 5-minute minute walk to the beach. Just a great location with good people!

I would definitely recommend this place. It is much better (and bigger) than on the pictures you will find on this site. The Sunset beach is only 600 meters away, plenty of restaurants to chose from and the old city only 10 min by bus. Perfect location, wonderful and relaxed atmosphere. Plus that the owners were very friendly and helpful.

The rooms a very spacious, and have lots of storage space, suitable for longer stays. Also fridge, efficient aircon and a small kitchenette. The location is very close to the beach, and the bus stop is only 50 m down the road, making the city easily accessible. The hosts are extremely friendly and accommodating. They provide free use of a lovely garden with many outdoor sitting options, even an outdoor kitchen.

The host was very knowledgeable. A short walk to the beach, restaurants and supermarket. The property had everything you need and was clean and comfortable.

Our hosts were exceptionally kind, helpful and generous. Wi- Fi worked very well. Beds were extremely comfortable- neighborhood is quiet. Stayed in a second-floor one bedroom corner apartment with two separate balconies. It allowed us to make our meals easily- there was a washing machine and drying racks for our clothes. The old town is not really walking distance- but taxis are very easy. Grocery stores are very close.
