Great location and nice room. you have to walk about 10 minutes from where the Uber lets you off and it is somewhat difficult to find. The room is not overly soundproof and if you are a light sleeper, be prepared for church bells going off every 15 minutes along with working trucks beeping while they’re backing up and construction crews and garbage collection all starting between five and 6 o’clock every morning. Beautiful city to visit with lots of great options for eating and people watching.

Location, location, location! Steps away from the cathedral and main square, this was the perfect headquarters for us on a three day stay and lots of walking and exploring. The accommodation is a comfortable studio with a kitchenette, spacious but not much light or air. Great communication with the host.

Amazing location right next to the Cathedral in Old Town. Walkable to everything! Very clean, spacious and well equipped apartment. We were only there 1 night but would have been excellent for a longer stay with mini kitchen. Super communicative and great directions to find it. Highly recommend!

Great location. Clean and comfortable.We didn't realize that we'd have to walk from the city gates to the accommodation, so that was a bit of a challenge in the dark. And, there are a couple of flights of steps to navigate. Had I known all this I would have packed lighter!

This apartment is in an amazing location in the heart of Old Town, near the Marina. The communication with the property manager was excellent and we had no problem finding with the apartment with the Instructions given. The apartment was large, quiet and clean. The bed was comfortable. I would say the only negative was that the bathroom is small with limited counter space and the shower has a hand held shower head but there was plenty of hot water. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Great stay

Excellent location v near the cathedral. That’s the only good thing. So many things wrong. Bathroom so small had to fold the floor mat in half to fit it in. Ended up cleaning teeth in the kitchen sink. Shower head only hand held. A pillow case had brown stains on it. And we were told only one pillow per person. Ridiculous for such an expensive apartment. Kitchen facilities for cooking totally inadequate. Weak internet signal. Power not strong enough to charge mobile phone. Massively overpriced. Aircon was good.

Beautiful apartment, conveniently located, and secure. Jelena is lovely and wnsured a quick and friendly chech-in and check-out. Will definitely recommend to friends!

Nice location in old town as a base to explore. It is a nice flat for a short stay but not a great place to relax for a long stay. We were Mother/daughter for a 7 night stay. The bedroom is an alcove as depicted in the pictures. The view is nice but the room is not set up to sit by the window so the view couldn’t really be enjoyed. There were 2 soft chairs but they were on a raised platform to the side and the curtains(not ones in photos) were cumbersome to keep to the side. The bathroom is very small and the mirror is the only mirror so we had to take turns getting ready….We used a mirror in the hallway outside the flat. The shower is handheld as shown in photos….The problem as stated in other reviews is the lack of hot water. There is only enough for one shower. The handheld makes it more difficult and the only way we could squeeze two showers out of it was to turn it on and off while washing your hair, etc. The kitchen was stocked with the basic needs. The refrigerator is only a very small mini fridge. This made it difficult to buy any food for breakfast or lunches. We ended up having to go daily to the market since the refrigerator holds very little. The airport transfer and porter service offered was nice after 2 days of travel. It was nice to have that stressor removed. It was quite expensive but worth it on arrival. We did not use this service when we left because it was an easy push with minimal stairs and Uber was much cheaper.

Great experience and this property! Jelena was a great at communication and recommending local attractions and dinning. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We stayed for a week and had a wonderful time in old town. The location of this property made it amazing.

Great location

The room was musty smelling and the odor from the toilet was terrible. The deadbolt Lock was missing.

The location of the property is excellent. It is noisy due to being above a restaurant so good ear plugs are important!

In the heart of the old town, great location. Restaurant right under the apartment with good food, but was still very quiet at night. Great view of the cathedral and very well kept overall.

The apartment is in an excellent location with only a few stairs to climb which is rare in Dubrovnik. Jelena was fantastic and responsive whenever we needed something. Great view of the cathedral. New windows block out most of the outside noise except the tables and chairs being moved around in the restaurant outside. Couple of things could be better. There's a water pipe in the wall right by the headboard for the bed and it can be extremely loud in the morning. There's also only about five minutes of hot water for showering so plan ahead.

Absolutely loved the apartment and the area. Close to everything. They looked after you from airport pick up to drop off. Beverly was very helpful and kind. Would highly recommend. Solo trip and felt very safe the whole time.
