Apartments España was in an amazing location in old town, Dubrovnik. It was walkable to everything and the communication was very good with the host a small thing, but our only criticism would be the Wi-Fi was unstable other than that, an excellent day with all of the amenities you need including a washer and dryer.

Great location on a quiet side street with no stairs except the ones inside the apartment building. Convenient airport transport was so helpful and stress free. Jelena responded quickly every time. Loved loved loved it!!!

Great apartment right in the old town near Pile Gate!

アパートの立地は非常によく、ピレ門まですぐでした。お部屋も綺麗で必要なものは基本揃ってます。エアコンもあり、快適に過ごせました。一つ難点は、目の前の野外映画館です。深夜12時くらいまで映画やっており、騒音が響きます。また映画見終わった人がしばらく喋っているので、なかなか寝つけませんでした。それ以外は完璧でした！

So central and located well before all the stairs for easy luggage in and out - great location and space! Very communicative host and had all we needed. Glad we picked this one over some other options. Was so nice to have our own 4 walls for a few days after hotels. Highly recommend this pick. Make use of the clothes line - so hot laundry dried so quickly!😂

Great location

If you want access to the Old Town, the location is outstanding. Tucked away in a corner of a narrow street, there are dining options right outside the door and you are just around the corner from the Pile Gate. The top floor level room is nice, but some of the pictures are misleading as to the layout of the bed and furniture. The low ceiling will be an issue for tall people but the room is cozy, clean and charming overall. The price is fair. There IS air conditioning, which was not listed on this site. Also, one of the most comfortable beds I've slept on. High recommendation from an experienced traveler. thanks RJS

Great location! Enjoyed our stay.

It was in the middle of the old town therefore the access to sightseeing spot and restaurants is perfect. I liked the kitchen as well so I get to choose if I want to eat out or at the restaurant. it is a great get away for the vacation.

This is a great apartment near the Pile Gate in the Old Town. Spacious and well equipped. BUT…..we were unable to have a shower due to the faucet handle detaching. The property manager said she would be sure it is repaired. The apartment is convenient to everything! Bars. Restaurants. Sightseeing (take a tour with Guru Tours). The list of recommendations from the property manager led us to some very good places to eat!

L'appartement Espanaest très bien placé pour visiter Dubrovnik. Le logement est très propre et très bien agencé et équipé. La communication en amont et pendant le séjour avec BOZO a été très fluide et réactive. Je recommande fortement ce logement.

Clean Beautiful apartment Will stay there agai

The apartment was extremely comfortable for our family of four during our trip to Dubrovnik. It was a great location right in old town. Steps away from restaurants. The condition of the apartment was just as shown in the pictures. We also appreciated the little things like having a toothbrush holder in the bathroom.

Great property, close to everything, easy access.

Great location. Very helpful staff. Assistance from the airport on arrival, and then to the ferry port on departure was greatly appreciated.

Need to add. The place was great but not super quiet. They play outdoor movies across from the kitchen window, but it wasn’t too bad. In the early morning it gets loud from people getting their luggage hauled up. The streets are a natural stone so can be quite loud.

Great service and appreciate driver from airport and personal welcome in Dubrovnik.

1. Concierge was not resposive after promising to send electrician to check on the lights after they were confirmed to be broken upon check in. We stayed 3 nights with half the lights broken in the apartment. 2. The apartment is in the attic of the building. For any regular adult you will have to duck to get around about half of the apartment. 3. The shower water gets cold if you have more than 2 people showering in a row. You will have to wait 20 min for the water to heat up again. Overall not a great experience and not sure where all the great reviews are coming from considering this is a very expensive room.
