Einfache Kommunikation mit den Vermietern, Check-in und Check-out waren sehr unkompliziert. Das eigentlich gebuchte Zimmer war nicht verfügbar, wir wurden dann auf ein Apartment geupgraded, was soweit sehr schön war, mit Balkon mit Meerblick und zweiter Terrasse am Schlafzimmer. Die Lage ist sehr schön in der Bucht, es gibt auch eine Badestelle direkt unterhalb (Badeschuhe sind empfehlenswert wegen vieler Seeigel) und einen Badestrand in wenigen Gehminuten Entfernung. Vela Luka ist ebenfalls in Fußweite gelegen. Leider hatte das Bad Schimmel an der Decke, die Dusche war massiv undicht, und es gab nicht eine einzige Ablage im Bad. Auch die Fensterläden und Jalousien waren teilweise beschädigt oder fehlten komplett, und die Armaturen waren gefühlt noch nie entkalkt.

Appartement très bien climatisé bon confort propre accueil quasiment autonome ( on doit téléphoner il y a un homme qui arrive immédiatement il nous donne les clés et nous donne l heure du cheaking du lendemain l'heure à laquelle nous devons déposer les clés sur le comptoir).

We LOVED this place! Clean, simple, two beds (no pullout couch crap). Front doors open wide to the patio. Inside doors are glass. Outsides are open louvers. We opened up everything and slept with the wind blowing right through the place. It’s so safe. Parking is available and EASY. The hostess was fantastic. Grandma keeps everything spotless. In three weeks, we would say this was our favorite place. It just worked for us and felt like home. For what it is and exactly what we needed, we’d give it a 10/10 without a doubt. Next time, I’ll book here before I even waste my time looking for anything else.

The apartment was too smal for 4 people, in our balcony could only stand a chair no possibility to hang all beach towels and bath suits. Apartment was really poor furnished and equipped, in addition a bad small of sewer was coming from bathroom and stairs. It is a pity that this building has no maintanance it has a nice corner by the sea where it is possible to watch Vela Luka's sunset.

Well, the apartment was not available, so we were over classed in Korkyra hotel.. Was very nice!

Great location, good value, nice room, great view. Bit of a struggle to check in and communicate we’d paid in advance (have google translate at the ready) but we got there I’m the end! Very nice gentleman on reception, he’ll mark up a map with good restaurants and water tact details. Definitely take the water taxi to the main part of town and we highly recommend hiring a boat to see the quiet turquoise bays and Proizd

Realmente muy lejos del centro. Dificil llegar. Con un buen mar cerca para nadar. La habitacion bien y limpia pero no tenia ni un vaso, taza, cubiertos ni absolutamente nada para poder desayunar en el hermoso balcon.

We went for our 20th wedding anniversary and the location of the apartment was just right. It was right by the sea with a lovely view from the balcony. Not too close to the centre of Vela Lula so it was romantic enough and with a 30 minute stroll we were at the Centre if we wanted a bit more life.

We stayed 22.-25.7.2018 in 2 bedroom apartment. Others have complained abt it, too. - There is mold in the apartment. Apartment is dirty and smells mold, toilets are the worst. I got infection in lungs, and a very bad overall feeling. Already 2016 someone has complaint about the odour coming from the bathrooms but nothing has been done. - Bedbugs. There were several marks of bedbugs in the apartment walls and sheets, and there were many. Also, I heard that another customer had bedbugs earlier this year. I assume it was from same apartment, but they did not do anything. These 2 examples demonstrate that they don’t care. It is part of a bigger company; Hotel Korcura with many stars, but I wouldn't go there either based on our experience. -Customer service. The person in reception does not speak English. I had to use google translator. Also, when I asked him to come to apartment, smell and see with his own eyes how it looks like, he expressed to me that he thinks everything is ok, no smell of mold, no bedbugs or other insects. When I called to hotel manager, he didn’t take my explanation and complaints as seriously as a professional hotel manager should. I specifically asked him to call me back, when he has a solution to my complaints, but he never did. The only thing I was offered, was a very very small room with children size extra bed. We are all adults and tall people, so it was not nice, and we didn’t receive what we paid for.

Usikker booking. Fikk bekreftelse på oppholdet, men samme dag som ankomst fikk vi beskjed om at det var overbooket. Fikk 2 rom på hotell som var ok, men var jo ikke det vi hadde bestilt som familie. Appartmentsverten kunne dårlig engelsk og "utnyttet" det med dårlig oppfølging av oss.

Beautiful space and situation, close to the beach and nature

Complessivamente la struttura è valida anche se ritengo abbia spazi di miglioramento con poca spesa. Esempio un ripiano per sapone durante la doccia o alcuni avvisi logistici in più lingue per raggiungere il centro di Vela Luka.

Underbar personal, riktigt service minded! Bjöd oss på en flaska av sitt egentillverkade vin från druvor i närområdet. Han talade inte engelska men gjorde allt han kunde för att bli förstådd och förstå oss. Riktigt glad och härlig snubbe! Nackdelen var att det var skitigt på golvet och fuktigt i rummet. Vi bodde på bottenplanet. Det går även en båt regelbundet, från hotellet bredvid, över till centrum för 5 kuna. Att gå in till centrum tar ca 20 min.

Fint lidt ældre værelse - udsigten fra balkonen var til gengæld fantastisk! Savnede en hårtørrer! Ellers var det perfekt for de penge. Sød og hjælpsom vært! Vi var glade for, at vi havde en bil - da værelset ligger lidt for langt fra byen til fods.

Great overnight stay for late night car ferry arrival and before heading to tour the island of Korcula. The property host was very accommodating and gracious even when we had to arrive late to the hotel...he made us feel very welcome! Quite part of town, great harbor view, and nice walking path along the water for an early morning stroll. Highly recommend!

very friendly staff Comfortable apartment 2 balconies. Great quietlication but it is right round the other side of the harbour so if you want to be right in town then it may not be for you but we loved it. 10mins leasurely cycle to the ferry.

We stayed in the two bedroom, two bathroom apartment. Location was good, but the unit was dark and had a very bad odour coming from one of the bathrooms. We had to keep the door shut for the duration of our stay.
