Dusche hat nicht funktioniert es kam kaum Wasser. Beim Frühstück waren das Rührei und die Pfannkuchen kalt.

Lovely hotel and spa. The staff was very helpful.

Leider hatten wir bei der Ankunft kein sauberes Zimmer (Flecken am Boden, Schimmel in der Dusche, WC mit Kalkablagerungen, kaputte Balkontüre, dreckige Balkonmöbel) also nicht einem 5Sterne entsprechend, auf unsere Beschwerde haben die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sofort eine Lösung gesucht und uns wurde ein weiteres Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt (dies war leider auch nicht sauber, rote Flecken am Boden) erst nachdem wir das 3. Zimmer bekommen hatten, hat dies gepasst. Da wir schon öfters in dem Hotel in der Vergangenheit waren, haben wir uns den Standard wie aus der Vergangenheit erwartet, aber wir mussten leider feststellen das dieser nachgelassen hatte. Viele Mängel in der Anlage die wir auch dem Direktor gezeigt haben und er diese mit Verständnis annahm. Wir hatten leider auch einen Wasserschaden im Zimmer ausgelöst durch die Klimaanlage - das Problem wurde zwar auch behoben, aber leider sind wir schockiert wie das alles in einem 5Sterne Resort passieren kann (den man zahlt auch demgemäß). Die Mitarbeiter sind sonst alle sehr sehr bemüht, versuchen sofort nach einer Lösung zu suchen (wobei bei der Rezeption nach unserer Beschwerde es von einer Dame doch zu einigen frechen Kommentaren kam, die man einem Kunden nicht sagt wie zb sie haben aber NUR Park View gebucht - ich verstehe nicht was die Park View Aussage damit zu tun hat (so auf die Art das wir ein billigeres Zimmer gebucht hätten)-trotzdem muss der Standard im ganzen Hotel in Ordnung sein. Sonst war alles in Ordnung

Thoroughly enjoyed our time. Fantastic hotel with excellent facilities - the breakfast was great and the restaurant has plenty of dinning options too. The staff are very friendly and helpful and you can step out to a clean and private beach area! There is nothing to do around the hotel, but Zadar old town is a 20 minute drive with Ubers available. Would highly recommend this hotel!

This is a very nice exclusive hotel. The half board is a great option. They even had an outdoor grill one night and it was just incredible. Typical Croatian food with grilled suckling pig, chevabchichi and also fish with all the sides. Very great place. Nice pools. Good beach. Full bar and a very healthy atmosphere and health conscious foods. Would definitely go back 5*

Sehr schöne Anlage ausserhalb von Zadar mit tollen Stränden und schönem Hundestrand.

Very very great hotel! Everything was just perfect!

Am Abend sollte ein Buffet zur Verfügung stehen, damit mehr Auswahl gewährleistet ist. Im Steakhouse waren die Wartezeiten sehr lange und wir wurden trotz Reservierung weggeschickt. Ein Kellner (Yusuf) war sehr freundlich, ansonsten wären wir gegangen. Essen war dafür sehr gut. Tennis war sehr überteuert. Es wurde automatisch ein Parkplatz verrechnet, welchen wir am Ende streichen mussten, weil wir mit keinem Auto angekommen sind. Das Hotel war wirklich sehr schön.

This place is wonderful, did not want to leave. Food was excellent. Lounge chairs in the rocks, jumping in the sea, ladders to get out and very private. Wonderful

Excellent one night stay Super hotel

dopo 7 anni ogni anno peggiora , il servizio diventa sempre più scadente a scapito del costo che ogni anno si alza di più. da un anno all altro siamo apssati da 29 eruo giorno per il cane a 40 € giorno senza nessun servizio per il cane,m un dogsitter che lo fa passeggiare giocare e mangiare costa in media europea 25€ . secondo me la croazia con l'euro si stà facendo molto male . la struttura la stanno di anno in anno lasciando andare , nella spa entra chiunque con ciabatte costume e altro senza nessun controllo

Air conditioner did not do much. Never cooled down in our room. You couldn't set the temperature but only the fan speed. Not what you would expect from a 5 star rated property. The shower was a tub wth a half window.

Das Resort liegt wunderbar am Meer. Das Zimmer war im Obergeschoss, die Aussicht einfach klasse. Der Sonnenuntergang so schön.

Thus hotek is not as good as it used to be, i stayed before. The service is worse , the food is worse. Im not impressed 😕

Spat var nudist spa & var inte tillåtet med bikini. Samt spat var väldigt risigt & i dåligt skick, kalla pooler. Samt väldigt dåligt med att dom inte informerat att dom drar 400€ extra för hotell rummet, plockade inte undan gamla matrester från hotellrummet eller tömde askkopp vid städning. Servicen var väldigt dålig. Kommer inte åka hit igen. 1300€ för ett 5 stjärnigt hotell med dålig service.

This resort was a drive from the Old Town in Zadar, but it was a very beautiful spot on the sea with beaches and cliffs for swimming. The rooms were excellent.

The Falkensteiner Ladera was a good stay. Not going to say great because that would be a stretch. The room was nice and bed was comfortable and my ocean view was to die for. The area surrounding was nice as there is like a 1km walk around the property that is so nice. The areas that they need to improve on is general property maintenance and the half board meal service. The lawn area for some reason looked like it had just seen a hurricane as the lounge chairs were scattered and the umbrellas were very hastily just thrown down all over and it wasn’t the scene that you expect from a property like this. There was some blue tarp covering something that was unsightly for a luxury spa. The carpet in the hallways is getting tattered and showed stains in some areas and there was a place in my room that the floor was repaired in a very subpar way. The half board food service was ok. Not a great atmosphere although they did have live music once. The service getting your drinks is slow and the food was cold on day 1. I arrived at 7:!5 and the buffet didn’t even open until 7 and my tuna steak and pasta were both cold. Not the greatest. All in all - ok but was underwhelmed. It could be so much more with some love and attention.
