Highly recommend Fenice Palace! Small, clean, boutique, lovely atmosphere and Josip & Sandra were very helpful. If i were to come back to Šibenik, i would definitely stay again.

Wondefull place with nice host with ikind attention. Well situated. Only one négative point is the difficulty to Park in Šibenik (but not linked with this appartement).

If you decide to visit Sibenick (and you should), Fenice is an excellent option. It's a great location with friendly & accommodating staff. It was like staying in a cute wine cellar- very small but fine for 2 people .Mentally prepare for tiny spaces before coming to Croatia for the 1st time as this applies to almost anywhere authentic you can stay. I appreciated the good communication, accomodation of all questions, and the little touches like micellar water in the bathroom.

Property was ideal location within walking distance of bus station. Very friendly and helpful host who compensated us immediately for lack of fridge in room. Room was comfortable and idyllic.

An incredible place to stay in Šibenik! Beautifully decorated, very clean, friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location to walk to restaurants and shops. We got a lovely welcome gift as we were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. We would highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be returning!

Great centrally located property. Restaurants and amenities surround. Safe and pleasant. Property comfortable and owners lovely. All perfect but I would suggest packing a small overnight bag if you are driving in, as the distance from public car park although close has cobbled areas to the property. Not ideal if transporting heavy suitcase! Overall, highly recommended.

This guest house is absolutely amazing! We felt like we were in a designer boutique hotel in a very upscale NYC neighborhood! Honestly, we do a lot of traveling and this place was the most beautifully designed guest room we have ever stayed in at any cost. Totally modern in a historic building. Our host was very helpful, friendly and responsive. The location was superb! Parking was very easy and extremely close to our building , which was in the Olde Towne. Restaurants, sites and shopping in this historic district were all easily walkable. We highly recommend this guest house.

This place is super cute! The hotel doesn’t have many rooms so it’s quaint but very updated and nice. It’s in a good location to be able to walk all around town. The only negative would be the parking. If you have a car it’s expensive to park anywhere around the area.

The property was conveniently located in old town. Our host was great and provided lots of information, maps and recommendations. The room was fantastic as well!

We had a very nice stay at Fenice Palace Hotel in historic Sibenic, Croatia. Since it's inside the "Old Town" parking is not on site, but there is a modern parking structure about a block away. It felt very safe and secure parking there. The hotel is very small, but welcoming. Our room & bath were very comfortable & modern with everything we could possibly need. We would have loved to stay longer.

Nice little hotel with very nice owners. Great communication and support for every need or question. The spaces are a bit cozy but still a decent amount of room. If you need windows and sunlight there isn’t much as it’s a stone building in old town. Otherwise, very centrally located to all things in Šibenik.

What a great find. It was perfectly placed for exploring Sibernik. Our host was so helpful, answering all our questions. Such a chic room, furnished beautifully.

Our hosts couldn’t have been more lovely. Their knowledge of the city was fantastic whether it be sites, restaurant or parking. The location was fantastic, very central and off the Main Street on a quiet alleyway. The room was very nice and interiors were well thought out. The welcome treat was a nice touch. We were sad not to stay longer.

Underground parking at less than 100m. Not cheap, but worth it. Other parkings available in the area. Had a standard room. Very convenient. Highly recommend the Fenice Palace
