We were extremely disappointed with our stay at this hotel, which is advertised as a four-star property but falls far below even a two-star standard. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the rating is highly misleading. There is no proper lobby, no noticeable facilities, and none of the amenities you would expect from a genuine four-star hotel. The room itself was very plain and basic, lacking comfort, quality, and attention to detail. It did not meet even the minimum expectations for a hotel of this supposed category. Additionally, the photos shown online do not accurately represent the reality of the property—they are misleading and create false expectations. We are left wondering who rated this hotel and on what basis, as it clearly does not meet standard hotel classification criteria. Overall, this experience was very disappointing, and we would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting a true four-star stay.

The breakfast was limited but still OK. The room was clean and good value for the money was quite good.

Room was simple but great, very comfortble stay. The staff was incredible and so welcoming especially to my son. Could not have asked for a better expirience

Hotel à fuire , ne merite pas ses etoile, hôtel pas entretenu, sale le sol, les serviettes, odeur .... prenez un hotel 2 etoile 2 fois moins cher il sera surement mieux ....

Achtung bei Buchung von Anex Zimmer. Fotos mit denen geworben werden, stimmen nicht mit den eigentlichen Zimmern überein. Es werden nur die Premiumzimmer gezeigt. Anexzimmet haben direkten Zugang von der Straße und habe nur kleines Fenster zu nem Hinterhof. Durch Beschwerde da von zwei gebuchten Anexzimmern nicht wie angegeben um 15 Uhr bezogen werden konnten, da noch nicht geteinigt, haben wir ein Upgrade bekommen. Zimmer im 4 Stock war n sauber und zweckmäsig eingerichtet. Aber kein 4 Sterne Standard eher so zwei bis max. 3 Sterne Standard. Parken kostet 15 € pro Nacht und Fahrzeug. Eird vorher auch nicht angegeben! Alles in allem werden wir nicht mehr dort ünernachten.

We had a great time, everything with the hotel & staff worked completely well 👌 Was our second time at Hotel Blue, and it’s very possible we’d be back :)

Our trip was absolutely wonderful, & this hotel made us feel incredibly comfortable. We arrived very late, but we're welcomed by a wonderful receptionist. He was very polite, very well mannered, very professional & very kind. He guided us to local parking that was very secure. We highly recommend this establishment, & would visit again!

It was OK. Caution to families: upper floor rooms have interior ledges allowing a child to climb up to the windows. When the window is open, it opens enough for a child standing on the ledge in the room to fall out. The finishings are a bit worn. The bathroom was renovated. The room was large. The breakfast is nice but cramped.
