good location but noise in square need close all windows has new glass wing and old 1929 wing parking is off site, you need ask front desk to guide you

Great place Amazing location - the best

We stayed one night and have mixed reviews about this hotel. We found both reception staff not friendly or welcoming it would have been welcomed to Zegreb. Our room would not go below 25 degrees C it was hot and stuffy. A maintenence man had a look for us but couldn't do anything. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was great and I was so pleased they had Gluten free options thank you for that. The carpark was just behind the hotel 25 euros per night which is reasonable.

The staff is rude the air conditioning not working told staff send someone to fix and didn't do anything bathroom smelled 30deg out side and 27deg inside would have been a nice hotel back in irs day

Fantastic location to explore the area!! Great selection at breakfast. Helpful staff when we asked questions. Room was nice and clean.

No bar open, aircon contol broken, only one socket. Just needs improving

it is central and in an excellent location to explore the city centre with most attractions a short walking distance away. rooms clean . television not much choice. no world cup football available. no English channels. breakfast good with a good selection. the only disappointment is that there was little selection of fresh fruit especially seasonal produce considering this was croatia in the summer. all in all a very positive experience and will go again

Infelizmente, nossa estadia tem sido extremamente insatisfatória. Ao chegarmos ao quarto, encontramos o banheiro em condições totalmente inadequadas: sujo, com o lixo acumulado e, inclusive, com um absorvente usado ainda no local. Para um hotel classificado como 4 estrelas, trata-se de uma situação absolutamente inaceitável. Solicitamos a troca de quarto, porém fomos informados pela recepcionista de que havia disponibilidade apenas em um andar inferior, onde o nível de ruído seria maior. Diante disso, foi-nos informado que seria providenciada a limpeza do banheiro. Ao retornarmos ao hotel mais tarde, verificamos que nenhuma providência havia sido tomada. Registramos nova reclamação e, desta vez, apenas o lixo foi removido, sem que a limpeza adequada do banheiro fosse efetivamente realizada. Sem alternativa viável, precisei utilizar lenços de limpeza que tinha comigo para higienizar minimamente o vaso sanitário. O aspecto mais decepcionante, além das graves falhas de higiene e da ausência de uma solução efetiva para o problema, foi não termos recebido sequer um pedido de desculpas pelos transtornos causados. Trata-se de uma experiência lamentável, muito aquém do padrão esperado de um hotel desta categoria.

Have stayed here often, staff has always been courteous, amiable and helpful… Front Desk staff did not … Bell staff and restaurant staff did.

Clean room and helpful staff!

This hotel is in a very convenient location right in the middle of the city. Lots of restaurants and shops in the area with easy walking access to a number of sites. Breakfast was good as it was included in the hotel nightly price. The bar was reasonable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is old and the air-conditioning didn't work well but we were able to get it down to about 72F/22C which is comfortable for most people.
