常時ビルか窓からのなんとも言えない音がかなり気になり眠れないのがすごく残念。それ以外は問題なし。

清潔感があり、滞在中とても快適でした。スタッフのサービスや気配りも丁寧で、安心して過ごせます。立地は抜群で、Ban Jelačić Square に面しており、観光や散策、カフェ巡りにも非常に便利。朝食も種類が豊富で美味しく、1日のスタートにちょうど良い内容でした。ザグレブ滞在の拠点として満足度の高いホテルです。

The staff was very helpful providing accurate info on locations and directions - including what tram to use for going to different places. AND, breakfast was amazing.

Perfect area within walking distance of everything. The room was clean and comfortable. Hotels.com advertises that there is air conditioning however when we tried to adjust it from 27 degrees celsius ( 80 Fahrenheit) it was locked. There was a open window in the room that could not be closed even when you were out for the day. The lock was on to stop it. At night it was very noisy with people singing, people throwing out the garbage, and general night life. We were woken up at 1am a few times. Additionally, every time the room above showered it would drip constantly. Breakfast was good, plenty of options. I recommend to pay the city tax with small bills, because the hotel won't be able to give you change.

The location was excellent and the breakfast was fantastic. We had two issues: 1) the room was too hot and there was no way to control the temperature. Employee said it was too early (mid April) to switch to AC. 2) our room faced the main pedestrian street and it was incredibly noisy in our room at night. Loud music and people screaming through the night. If you stay here, ask for a room in the back where maybe it's quiet. Don't believe what you read about soundproof windows. Wish I could have liked it better, but I was too exhausted from not sleeping.

Bien ubicado aunque sin acceso inmediato por automóvil. En la noche de un lado del hotel se oye el ruido de la gente en la calle. Lo demás todo bien.
