We have booked the regular twin rooms with partial sea view but the hotel can only offered us rooms facing the road. Even we already mentioned that our requirement while checkin , but turn out they have not set the twin beds while check in and we have to wait. For the facilities, they do not provide iron and which need extra cost for the ironing service which we found unacceptable.

Very nice hotel is located next by the sea and also only short distance by walking to the old town. Facilities are good and staff are very friendly and helpful. We even had a free upgrade to the sea view room as we didn’t expect in Easter period. Will definitely stay again for our next visit.

Pros: The room is clean and tidy, we slept really well. Reception is friendly and kind. The view from the sea view room is exceptional. Breakfast is amazing. Worth the price. Cons: One of the bathroom kept flickering on and off after the first night, it was not changed despite the staff cleaned the room in the morning(we stayed for two nights), in their defense we did not told the reception about it and requested for fixing it. Swimming pool and beach is great but was confused at first about how to get towels etc. One unhappy experience was that a staff from the beach restaurant was bit rude when he thought I left a towel outside their restaurant which I did not, didn't affect my overall mood though, still worth staying.

We had a great stay. There was a certain smell in the bathroom that we couldn't pinpoint where it was coming from but overall it was a an amazing stay

Wonderful hotel, great service and facilities, good quiet location at the sea but still walking distance to the old city. They took note that my husband had a birthday (we had not told them anything) and delivered a birthday cake to the room which was a lovely surprise. One of the days we had to wake up early for a tour and they made us a breakfast box each with juices, sandwiches, fruit and more. It was truly the attention to detail and care showing in everything throughout the trip. The only problem was the lights in the bedroom would switch off by themselves for no reason (even though the card was in the slot). They should check that out. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Dubrovnik.

The room was always spotless, impecable and pleasant. The service from staff in the whole hotel was impressive, I would like to thank each of them for their excellent work. Also special thanks for the special details like the flowers, the chocolates and the delicious birthday cake. You made my day memorable. Thank you.

Habitaciónes amplias y muy limpias en desayuno muy rico y variado y el personal del comedor súper amables los felicito así como las de recepción pedí un calentador ya que está frío en esta época y en cuestion de minutos ya estaba en el cuarto el hotel está súper cercas de casco viejo así que puedes caminar con tranquilidad

Super Firendly Hotel Staff. Marko checked me in. He was amazing. He helped me the whole time. Let me do a Late check out too! Room had the most amazing View. The design of the room was amazing. Location of Hotel was the best. 7 mint walk to old town.

The staff! Polite, friendly, helpful. The location is perfect, quiet, but you can walk to town in 10 minutes.
