The location is good. It's in a quiet neighborhood and close to the old town, with several trams outside and nearby. I enjoyed strolling to the old town from the hotel. The room was not big but very clean. The hotel also got me a taxi to the airport which only charges me 110 kunas (cheaper than getting a random taxi on street).

Customer service was amazing. We had two hiccups on our visit. Neither of which were the hotels fault and they did an amazing job helping us to fix these problems. Two different front desk staff and they were super helpful. Thank you ladies. Rooms and breakfast were fine.

I made a mistake making my reservation to this hotel, yet, the staff was helpful to correct my mistake. It was good. The hotel is in walking distance pretty much for everything.

Apesar de ser num prédio antigo, o hotel foi reformado e é razoavelmente moderno.
O quarto é pequeno mas funcional. A desvantagem é o boxe do chuveiro que é muito estreito - mesmo o banheiro em si não sendo tão pequeno.
A localização é boa: é razoavelmente perto do centro histórico e há linhas de bonde elétrico próximas.
O café da manhã é simples, poderia ter mais opções.

Desayuno buffet muy pobre. No vale por lo que cuesta. Este hotel no es de cuatro estrellas; diría dos estrellas. El personal muy amable; pero deben declarar la categoría del hotel de 2 estrellas
