The room is clean and cozy. Perfect for us (2 adults 2 kids). The location is quite good too. Few minutes taxi to old town.
The only complain I had was that the water is too slow.

本次住二晚。銀卡會員礼遇紅酒，沒有準備，員工說不知道，會問主管，如有隔天補。隔天出去玩回來，再問櫃台，員工說是我的錯，因為我出去門口掛請勿打擾，送不進來，直接說我的錯。
早上餐廳有老先生打破餐具，幾位服務人員在旁邊，沒有幫忙，老先生自己慢慢撿。
服務待加強。

Comfortable and tidy hotel. However it is better to rent a car to stay here. No convenience store besides. Bus only comes in one direction.
Swimming pool serve in limited time. I come to pool at 6pm but workers start to take away all the chairs and towels. They said the pool should be closed at 7pm.

The room in the front section was very nice .
Double sinks and high ceiling made the room feel very spacious. The Manager was great !
The buffet breakfast had multiple choices of hot and cold and fabulous fresh fruit .

Some of the staff at the reception desk were not exactly hospitable to some members of our party.
2 couples of our group booked rooms months in advance and one couple booked later. The couple that booked late received an upgrade to a suite. We received a bottle of wine and the others did not. One of the couples received no extra perks and when they inquired about it-one of the receptionist was rude in answering.

Very convenient location. Easily accessible to town. Good location for day trips to Bosnia n Montenegro.. Besides Dubrovnik old town. Hotel service by all staff very excellent, professional and friendly. Feels like home away from home... Dining was excellent..breakfast to room service and hotel frontage lunch. In hotel n nearby. ROOMS comfortable.. Stayed 3 nites. The welcome bottle of wine was very pleasant. Highly recommend to friends.

Plenty of choice at breakfast, gorgeous pool area. Nightly entertainment around the pool or outside on the terrace. Rooms are a little dated but comfortable and clean. Lovely view over the harbour from our room. Beautiful location opposite the harbour with several restaurants all along the front with flat walking from the hotel.
Male staff were friendly. Female staff were rude :-(
Still, I would happily stay here again!

Beautiful hotel on the outskirts of Dubrovnik, walkable to the old town but a long walk. Probably 45 minutes enjoying the amazing views of the ocean and rocky beaches above. The grounds are lovely, amazing pool area, nice breakfast. It’s in front of the marina and bus stop right across the hotel. By bus 10 minutes to the old town

ただ、お部屋からの長めは部屋によるかも。。。。
