Great location as it is very accessible - you do not need to take your luggage far. The front desk staff are extremely helpful.

The hotel was centrally located and the staff was extremely helpful during our short stay with recommendations and assistance with transportation.

The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. They gave us great recommendations and helped arrange travel to the airport. Rooms were clean.

Internet worked well for me, staff was helpful and friendly and buffet breakfast was outstanding. Room was very nice and bathroom was large and well equipped.

The included breakfast was absolutely fabulous. A wonderful way to start the day. However the greatest asset at the hotel is the staff. Each and every one of them went above and beyond the call of duty to be helpful. Be aware that the hotel is inaccessible by car. You will be dropped off and have to walk a couple of blocks pulling your suitcase, but it’s no big deal! Just get good directions as to how to make the walk without wasted steps.

Very polite & efficient staff. Stayed late to ensure we were looked after. Room was immaculate and very big. Good quality bed linen and towels. Sun terrace was lovely. Breakfast was excellent. Fresh food , presented well. Plenty of choice. Staff went above and beyond to help us find our way the next morning.

The hotel is in the perfect location, the rooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable, the staff are very nice and super helpful and breakfast was fantastic. 5 stars.

The breakfast was more extensive than I expected, including eggs, speciality coffees , such as cappuccino and fresh pastries. The rooms were very clean, modern. I would highly recommend this hotel. It's a central location was perfect

Das Frühstück war schmackhaft und abwechslungsreich. Es wurde täglich leicht variiert. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend, da man zentral in der Altstadt ist. Ein Supermarkt findet sich gleich um die Ecke, gleiches gilt für Bars oder Restaurants. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Altstadt sind in maximal fünf Minuten fussläufig erreichbar. Die zwei Einzelbetten waren recht schmal. Das Zimmer aber sonst nicht sehr klein. Das Badezimmer wirkte dagegen relativ groß, insbesondere die Dusche. Die Spa Terrasse im zweiten Stock fanden wir auch schön, um sich auf einer Liege oder im Whirlpool zu entspannen.

Literalmente me atas hospedado DENTRO DE UN PALACIO. Un hotel muy cercas de TODO, atracciones, tours, puerto, comida, central de autobuses. Comida rica y variada, incluso quesadillas en el desayuno. Muy agradable estancia, comodidad y limpieza. Lo único que eliminaría, serían las almohadas. Un tamaño estándar estaría muy bien para que fuera perfecto, ya que hay almohadas enormes y otras muy pequeñas. Prefiero el tamaño normal.

Excellent location, amazing staff and wonderful breakfast. The staff helped us with a tour. Jen was an excellent tour guide and our Driver Elia was amazing. I highly recommend both of them!

Excelente ubicación, desayuno incluido. El precio del parking es algo elevado y es en la calle. Se entiende porque está en el centro, solo me gustaría que el estacionamiento fuera en un lugar privado.

All of the staff are so professional and caring. An especial shout-out to Filip, who gave us great advice on Split and its attractions, and made sure we had everything needed to make our stay comfortable
